Have to try Tommy's bar (2 minutes over the road) - fantastic food and service - Also Meryhem (a 10 minute walk towards square) is absolutely the best if you like local cuisine - try the mixed meze starter - WoW!

Plenty of lovely restaurants close by, and depending if you like Boom Boom bars or places for a chill drink, everything is on your doorstep, but doesn't interfere with your sleep.

liked the resort as everything was within easy reach and most people were friendly.

the place was so clean no rubbish or anything left lying about.
The entertainment is very lively and most of it shuts down about midnight, which is fine but there are place you can go to if you want loud music, i.e Eastenders and Pleasure.
Did not use the beac but it looked very clean and was always full of people.
Have booked to go back in May 2008.

What a lovely place Icmeler is. The area is kept very clean and the locals are very friendly. The traders along the Canal are terrific and much fun can be had with them. Icmeler market is another matter as some of the traders can be a little rude. The bar owners are very welcoming and make sure your visit to them is a memorable one. We wish that we had the staminer that the lads that work the bars have. The water taxi's are brilliant and very reasonably priced. What a lovely way to travel from Icmeler to Marmaris and back again. Dolmus bus is great fun too...an experience not to be missed. Plenty of entertainment at night time. The music goes quiet at midnight although the bars stay open. Excellent location to stay.

This was our first time in Icmeler as we usually go to Marmaris. We found Icmeler more compact than Marmaris, and everything is on your doorstep.
Entertainment in the evening is what you want. Whether you want a quiet drink, or loud music, or dancing, you can find whatever takes your fancy. At midnight all the music is turned down low.
We used the Beach in front of Deniz Kapiza and there was no hassle. Just friendly guys who were there when you needed them.
We will definitely be returning to Icmeler in 2008.

Icmeler is a gorgeous resort and we found the Moonlight
Apartments, just around the corner, and they have us a tour. We have booked a two week holiday for next year.
The turkish people are fabulous and made you fell very welcome, and nothing was too much trouble, they made you feel like family. It puts Britain to shame some times.

icmeler is a beautiful resort, very very clean. lovely quaint bars and restaurants, beautiful beach. fantastic boat trips,jeep safari's.quad bikes are a must. the boat trip to dalyan was fantastic. i've been to icmeler twice and would definately go back, an amazing place.

Being the first time that we had all been to Turkey we were so impressed by Icmelar the cleanliness and the helpfullness from all the Turkish people we will definately be back next year

Icmeler is a very nice resort, entertainment is good.
We often went to the wonderboys bar and was welcomed every time, all the staff were nice and entertaining.
Can't wait for next year to go back again!

Pretty enough village, but its not very relaxing being p[estered in an aggressive manner to buy this or that even when relaxing on the beach. Prices are too high also

resort was so clean i even stayed up till four in the morning watching them clean the street! entertanment was really good i.e venice majestic an bamboo 1st class. beach very clean beach boys coundnt do enough for you.im going back to icemeler in may cant wait!
