Have to try Tommy's bar (2 minutes over the road) - fantastic food and service - Also Meryhem (a 10 minute walk towards square) is absolutely the best if you like local cuisine - try the mixed meze starter - WoW!

Plenty of lovely restaurants close by, and depending if you like Boom Boom bars or places for a chill drink, everything is on your doorstep, but doesn't interfere with your sleep.

This was our 8th time in Turkey and our 3rd in Icmeler. It's the best! Everyone remembers you from last time, and the people are sooo friendly! We have never had a bad meal in any of the resturants, a couple of our favourites were The Lemon Tree, The Set Bar, The Barron etc etc.
Booked again for October, and can't wait!

Very clean and has everything you need from entertainment, shopping, sea, boat trips and easy access to nearby resort of marmaris. Beach very clean but definitely overcrowded. The only time we got a sunbed was at midnight!! Did not see any play areas for young children. Definitely aimed at couples

The resort is clean with friendly people with the odd nasty shop owner(very nice until you tell them you dont want to buy anything) now and again. Food nice but check what you are paying for and dont go to the first resturant as you can get some good deals like free kids food. One resturant/cafe we can highly recomend is Tommy's just down the road the food is excellent and at a very good price, there is also a kids play area and the views are incredible. Another resturant which is nice in Icmeler town centre is Mandolins the salads are fantastic. Watch out for the chinese resturants as the food is very salty to encourage you to drink more. Also the Waterfall resturant the food is very nice and the view is brill you eat next to a waterfall but be careful if you are in a large party as the food can take a very long time to come!
Resort entertainment is ok the waiters in most bar's entertain you with their dancing but if you dont like Michael Jackson you are in trouble as nearly ever bar there is a Michael Jackson entertainer.
The beach is kept very clean and tidy the only downfall is that it is a grit sand beach, but do watch out for the turkish men with grapes they give you a few to try for free then all of a sudden they put a few bunches down and try to charge you a fortune for them. Also dont pay for the sunbeds as you can get them free as long as you have drinks from the people charging you for the sunbeds the prices for the drinks are very good.
We would definatly visit the resort again we found it very beautiful, clean, friendly and cheap. All the things you need for a great holiday!

We are not people for the beach but on seeing it on our night strolls it looked very nice.Alot to do scuba diving,jet skies,para gliding,cruises it just goes on.Rest

very clean resort beach is close to hotel lots off bars n restruants close by been to icmeler 3 times now and would stop at the avlu 1 again

Icmeler is great with loads of bars and restaurants and plenty of great shopping, would definately visit Icmeler again but would stay in one of the many hotels overlooking the beach front

the resort covers every ones taste. good beach, food and drinks on the beach if you want them, or to just lay there and be left alone.
jet ski`s bannana boat, par/sending,boat trips, or just lay there and be left alone !! we always like to just lay there incase you didnt guess !!
lovely places to eat all alone the sea front for lunch,
feel as if i could go on all day. you should just go !
dont feel shy about bartering for your nik naks.

Very Nice Resort. Good shops. Great Value. We loved the shop owned by a guy named micheal - we had a flavoured tea party with him there. Worth visiting.
