Have to try Tommy's bar (2 minutes over the road) - fantastic food and service - Also Meryhem (a 10 minute walk towards square) is absolutely the best if you like local cuisine - try the mixed meze starter - WoW!

Plenty of lovely restaurants close by, and depending if you like Boom Boom bars or places for a chill drink, everything is on your doorstep, but doesn't interfere with your sleep.

Icemeler is a lovely resort. My sons are now 16 and 13 and we didn't worry about them having a wander round on their own for a while at night because everyone gets to know you very quickly. We came to Icemeler two years ago in 2005 and lots of the people are the same who are working here and we were amazed that they remembered us in spite of all the tourists they see over the season and they always make you welcome. It is a relaxing resort. The beach is kept very clean as are the streets. Entertainment is quite low key but we all thoroughly enjoyed it as a family. All music is off by midnight but you are still able to sit and talk in the bars/restaurants. All along the beach you will be able to book all kinds of boat trips which are very reasonable but it's still worth a haggle on the price. All in all Icemeler in our opinion is a lovely resort and somewhere we would come back to again. It's worth staying in an apartment because eating out is very reasonable and gives you the opportunity to meet so many people, we never had one bad meal but if we had then they would have done something about it for us, they aim to please all of the time. Everything was freshly cooked and it was lovely. We liked Chef and Florida restaurants when we weren't eating at the Prince.
There is no shortage of jewellers but again, always haggle and it's a certainty you will get a reduction.

Icmeler is great this is our 6th visit in 6 years, we notice that the resort was not as busy as in previous years but then it is not as cheap either, quite expensive now
Everyone is very friendly and will try to assist you as much as possible. We also noticed that the restaurants and bars did not hassle you as much but that is due to the police stopping them and even closing them down for several days if they get caught hassle you for busy - now a pleasure to walk down the street without the hassle all the time.

Icmeler is a happy balance. If you want a mad night out you can have one, if you want a relaxing meal you can have one aswel.
I would recommend Tommy's bar in the old village for good quality food and friendly service. I would recommend Deja Vu for a good party atmosphere.

Icmeler is a lovely place to go. There are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from and they cater for all different tastes. You have quiet bars and fun bars and in the old town there are plenty of nice restaurants too. This is a brilliant place to go for families and couples.

i love turkey everything is kept lovely and clean plenty of bars with all sorts of entertainment.the beach is kept up to a very high standard.second year to icmeler would def go back my 5th time to turkey

Icmeler is very clean and picturesque.The entertainment is not of the night-club variety but there are many entertainments to be had in the resturants and bars.The best are Dream Boys,Venice,and The Majestic.

Icmeler itself its absolutly amazing! The place and the people are wonderful, with plenty of bars and restaurants 2 weeks simply wasnt enough!
i would recommend Icmeler 100% but stay at a different hotel!
