I can't believe some of the reviews people have put about this hotel! I got back this morning and I enjoyed every minute of my 2 week stay!
When I was there no one came down with any illness from the food they are just over exaggerating! The chefs were happy to cook anything on request! They even made me mash potato every lunch time because I requested!
The bed sheets were changed everyday and my mums back was hurting do the maid even gave her a massage for free!
The staff couldn't have helped more!
There were non stop kids activities throughout the day and there was entertainment every night! My little son loved the entertainment team and even one of the chefs! (serdar).
I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I've been to 4 star hotels but never one like this and am definitely going back next year!

We cant believe the bad reports on this hotel!! It was excellent! First of all, the rooms were cleaned every day by the maids, who put out clean towels and bed sheets and made them in to different shapes and some times hearts!!
They tidied our room when we left our stuff cluttered about the place! The only thing with the room was that if you leant on the walls for too long the paint came of like dust, but hey, who stays in their room all day?!
The swimming pool was great, there is a slide that opens about 3 times a day for about 20 minutes each time and is great fun to go down as long as you go on a lilo or some sort of inflatable! The pool was also cleaned every night.
The food was very repeatative but bareable, alot of chicken, beef, fish and rice! Breakfast and 4 o clock snacks were quite english omlette's for breakfast and burgers, chips and pizza for snacks!
Even if you got fed up the food in town is cheap enough to eat out on the odd night or two! The staff especially Murat, Memhet, John and Hava were very friendly and as were the entainment team especially Naz and John John were also friendly and they would bend over backwards to help you out!!
Entertainment was funny of an evening but we were only there a few nights as we were out in the town Hisaronu most nights clubbing!!
The people out there were great to and we made alot of friends! We had a great time and was really sad to leave!

Returned home about a week ago.
One of the best holidays abroad yet, and we have travelled all over Greece, Turkey, Spain, Portugal and America. Staff where absolutely great special Hi to "Rooooonnneyyyyy" he was one of the nicest guys we have ever met.
Food was typical Turkish always chicken or beef, loads of choice for salad, although if we have to be perfectly honest did become a little bit repetative towards the end of the holiday (but Hisoronu was really cheap to eat our for a change)
The hotel itself was very very clean bed linen changed about 3 times a week, towels everyday along with a complete maid service everyday. The animation team were great my three kids loved them, Sonice, Gadget, Jon Jon and Naz were superb.
Please, please dont take any notice of any other negative reports on this hotel, unless you are used to 5* accom. there is absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel.
Also the location is ideal because its so peaceful and quiet but only a 15 minute walk into Hisoronu. Happy holidays

We stayed at this hotel and we loved every minute of it.
The hotel was lovely the staff was very helpful.
The hotels location was excellent.
The entertainment was so funny, we are booking another holiday at the same hotel in September it was amazing.

Room cleaned every day. Could not fault food, there were 13 of us and not one person complained there was nothing they liked.
Entertainment adequate, most people were happy to just sit in bar area and talk.
There was a courtesy bus to a very nice private beach and a taxi to Hisonaru was only 8 YTL.
Staff were very helpful and friendly.
The only minor complaint was the fact that the dining room was on first floor, so people with mobility problems struggled with stairs.

Have been to Turkey before and both enjoyed it, which is why we booked for 2 weeks.
I'm sorry to say that the Bronzo was not what we expected having read other opinions.
Hotel needed a complete refurbishment.
Meals, the chef tried hard but just didn't happen, mind you could have been something to with just not having an appetite due to the rampant gastroenteritis that hit myself, my husband, and another 40 odd guests with some being hospitalized.
Entertainment-non existent, unless you find a poor unsuspecting cat being thrown in the pool remotely funny!
The area around the "hotel" was varied and had something for everyone, we really enjoyed exploring, shopping and eventually eating out.

The hotel was in desperate need of refurbishment. The balcony door in our room had 2" gaps at the top and bottom and the door handle/lock was hanging on by just one screw.
The swimming pool area was dangerous with broken tiles and drainage covers missing - someone could break an ankle/have a really nasty accident.
The patched and holey sheets were not changed in the entire 14 days we were there. The towels were changed daily but were always damp.
The bathroom had mould growing on the ceiling. The tiles, basin and toilet were stained and looked unclean. The shower drain was constantly filling up and flooding the bedroom. I had only two hot showers whilst there as the water was always cold.
The food was obviously reheated and re-served. The selection was poor and the food hygiene was non-existent. There were cats, birds and a variety of insects in and around the kitchen area and the dining room. At least 40 of the guests (including me) were very ill with sickness and diarrhoea for the majority of our stay. At least one lady was hospitalised. The staff were not interested in any complaints. In fact the Manager said that we were imagining things.
The in-house entertainment consisted of a 30 minute disco for the children at about 10pm, bingo once a week and an ENGLISH belly dancer on one evening. That was it.
Most of the staff were fairly friendly.

We have just returned from Club Magico Bronzo, and we would not go back. We were so dissapointed with the place.
We booked All Inc, but found the food very poor, we have been to Turkey before, so it wasn't a case of not being used to it.
Breakfast was ok, usual stuff. The rest of meal times we avoided and ate out on 8 of the 10 nights we stayed.
The entertainment was virtually non existent, clean rooms, damp towels every day, no minibar or fridge available, and only 3 hot showers in all the time we were there.
The staff we encountered, apart from the maids were very distant and in one case quite rude.
We arrived at 03.00hrs, but were unable to get a drink, tea, coffee or otherwise as nobody had a key?
As a base for venturing off it was good, quite central.
While were waiting for our transfer home, at least 12 people were in reception complaining to each other about various things.

We have just come back from Club Magico Bronzo and we have been very disappointed with it. On the first day we got there are bedding was all damp. Our towel were damp every day after that. Most days the bedding had holes in it.
The food was terrible. Nothing except chips and bread for children. After three days I started being ill with sickness and diarrhoea and I was ill for the rest of my holiday. My partner started being ill a few days after me and then our kids ended up really ill.
We came to this hotel with in a group of 39 people and every single one of us was ill and so were lots of other people that were staying at the hotel. Several people got taken to hospital and one had food poisoning.
We complained to the manager but he said it was in our heads. No one seemed to be interested when we all needed help.
The entertainment was rubbish. If we was lucky there was a mini disco for 30 min at night.
I suggest that no one goes to this place as you will really have a horrible time and I do not want anyone to go through what we have as it was two weeks of hell.
