Location
Breakfast well if you like pastry twists first thing in the morning every 2nd day then this hotel is for you.
Location talk about dark valley never mind pine valley, rooms are really dark and the top floor balconies have overgrown trees going onto them.
Staff too nice to be nice, it does get a bit overpowering after a few days. Entertainment 'Full Monty' more like No Monty better staying in the room and listening to cheesy 80's music.
This hotel does not let you pay the staff for anything, they give you a card like a credit card and you settle up at the end of the week, not a good idea, no mention of this when we booked.
Mini Bar in room well a bit of advice if you arrive during night time hours make sure you have brought yourself something to drink beforehand as the mini bar is expensive as their hotel policy states as I quote 'We recommend that you only eat and drink from the Hotel otherwise you maybe poisoned'. Well I'm still waiting.

The Hotel staff were very pleasant and always there to help with anything, we were on a 2 week stay and nothing was ever to much to ask. The rooms were very modern with new furnishings (maybe they need to change there pictures in the brochures as they are different now) they were well equipped with mini fridge, hair dryer and TV.
The complex has been well thought out and the music around the pool is varied every day, if you ask they will even change it for you. The entertainment on the Turkish night was very good and the food at the hotel was excellent. We were bed & breakfast, but could have paid a set amount to do flexi dine so we could eat there 7 nights out of the 14 or we could have upgraded to Half board for

Our rooms have always catered for us. In October it was very cold of an evening, and they made sure we had extra blankets and a roaring fire around the bar of an evening.
The entertainment can be a bit repetitive, but good to see. The Latin dancers are out of this world and they get everyone involved. Sedat's version of the English bingo will have you laughing forever. His dancing also is exceptional. I have never seen a male belly dancer like that before, even my husband's jaw dropped when he saw this.
The rest of the staff are super. I lost my watch one day and thought that I would never see it again, but the gardener had found this when he was working on the gardens and handed it in to reception. You would not get that in England.
The card system at the hotel has it's disadvantages for the staff, because you cannot tip them individually. There are tip boxes for the separate areas, ie. reception, pool bar and terrace bar.
When my husband and I visited the resort in 2003, we could not book Pine Valley as it was full, so we ended up in Overcik, quiet a walk away. However, we got a taxi to Pine Valley to say hello to them all and explained that Keith had a bad foot, so they arranged to pick us up and take us back to our hotel as many times as we wanted.
You feel very special there, everyone will address you by your name, year after year and it amazes me how they remember, knowing that they must meet thousands of people throughout the season.
I would highly recommend this hotel, but you will need to experience your holiday there is know why everyone rages about it.
The location of the hotel is just right, because you are only a short walk to the main centre, so you can go back to the hotel and not be disturbed by any disco music.
Can't wait until next year.

Room was a bit on the small side but adequate for needs.
Stayed on B&B basis, food ok.
Location was good, not too close to main road, therefore quieter at night but close enough to walk into and anjoy the shops and restaurants.
Entertainment on every night.
Would definately go and visit again

We stayed bed and breakfast in the hotel and ate in the restaurant a few times. The themed nights, Turkish and BBQ night, were also very good with a great choice of food.
The hotel is about a five minute walk into Hisaranu, and its all down hill on the way home after a lively night in the town.
The entertainment at night is very good, mostly provided by the hotel staff themselves.
Im definitely going back to Pine Valley this year.
Cant wait!!!!!!!!!!!!
