Hotel was immaculate and more than lived up to our expectations.

The spa on the premises is a must to visit. Whilst there we had the Hamam massage, reflexology and a seawood wrap. Pure indulgence and definately the way to get fully relaxed.

The entertainment staff were brilliant as well and worked hard to get people to join in the daily activities although they didn't pester you to join in.

The swimming pools were also spotlessly clean.

As we were on our honeymoon with a couple of friends in our room on arrival they left a fruit basket, an assortment of cakes and a bottle of champagne!

All in all an excellent hotel and definately recommended.

Stayed at the Turquoise for a fortnight in September 2006, this being our first visit to Turkey.

The first night we stayed in a room on the right side of the hotel, which we found to be really noisy and very small. Lots of loud music blaring into the room from the pool area. We asked to change rooms the next day and the staff were really helpful in sorting this out, as we had an alternative room within the next 48 hours which was much much better.

Breakfast was okay, although choice was severely limited if you went down later than 9 o clock.

Cleanliness of hotel was very good. Rooms were cleaned thoroughly everyday and we often found beautiful flowers had been placed on our beds on our return from a days sunbathing!

Not being one for hotel based entertainment, we went out and about every evening. This was despite being asked about 10 times a day around the pool if we wanted tickets to the cabaret events / turkish nights that the hotel hosted. Be warned, if you flop around the pool for the day, you will be asked! Had a few poolside meals though and these were tasty and cheap too. All barside meals and drinks go on to a tab that you pay at the end of your holiday, and after 2 weeks of this we thought the bill might be scary, but actually it was not to bad at all. Stay away from the local 'brandy', it's real fire water!

The Turkish Bath + Massage place at the hotel is well worth it. An hours pampering and relaxation was money well spent and the guys who work there were really nice and friendly.

All in all a really relaxing stay in a lovely hotel and a beautiful location.

Really excellent hotel, lovely clean spacious rooms (not as basic as others I have stayed in which was a plus) :)

Hotel staff were fab, as I was on a family holiday it was more about relaxing which this hotel is perfect for, bit out of the way if your wanting a lively holiday, go to hisaronu if that is what your after, easy to get there though by dolmus so I suppose that doesn't really matter :)

Only ate in one night which was the Turkish theme night and it was such a laugh, food was nice and the staff were great, I found the belly dancer slightly scary though ha!

All in all a really good holiday although now that I go away with friends I prefer to stay in the more lively resort hisaronu for the night life and go to olu deniz in the day time as its beautiful! :) x

Hi there!

This was our first time to Turkey and we loved it. I must admit we didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel! Never made breakfast apart from the morning we were leaving!

Hotel was very clean and staff were lovely.

My only complaint was that we asked for a high floor and we were put on the ground floor right by the pool area, so we were woken up quite early by the cleaners and holidaymakers. We hoped for a bit of a lie in as we were always out till late the night before, but sadly we never made it for a lie in!

Oh well! Other than that, it was fab!

What can I say this is the first time I've been to Turkey so I really didn't know what to expect but to say it was fab is an understatement!

Hotel is one of the nicest I've stopped in for overall cleanliness, food, location and staff.

The entertainment is ok but I prefer to go out of an evening so can't really comment on this topic.

My long lasting memory of the hotel is the excellent staff it has especially the bar/waiting staff, they are polite, friendly and extremely helpful and it's always first name terms from the time you arrive till its sadly time to leave. If you should go, look out for Happy cause hes a really nice guy.

Had a Turkish bath at hotel which was different, really good and glad I had one.

The cleaners are fab also, doing an excellent job and for once I felt safe leaving the room knowing our stuff would be ok. Tops marks for the Turquoise, will definitely be going again!

What a fantastic time we had at the Turquoise. On arrival, the porter took our cases and once checked in, promptly took them to our room (no trying to find your own way).
Most of the rooms overlook the pool/garden area but there are a few rooms with no view at all. We had one of these (room 312) but saying that, we were very close to the pool so it made no odds to us.

The rooms are small and basic but are freshly decorated with a brilliant air con system which is well needed this time of year. The bathroom has a shower unit rather than a bath which is adequate if a little small. There is also a waste paper bin in the bathroom as you

This was a really beautiful and clean hotel with excellent staff, especially a waiter called Happy who made a point of remembering names and making you feel welcome.

The gardens are well maintained and kept watered which did make the paths a little slippery.

Our room was fairly spacious and we were really glad of the air conditioning as the temperature was in the high 30s every day.

We will definitely be back for another holiday, but maybe not in July which was a little too hot.

This could be described as the best holiday of my lifetime, my two older sisters, aged 17, and my parents both thoroughly enjoyed the holiday!

The staff were wonderful! could not of asked for a better bunch of people to help make our holiday the best yet! I will have to mention Happy, a really nice person! Makes you feel really welcome, also Adam, brilliant to talk to and have fun with, always fussing over the children! and also Ali, great guy, and cant forget Ferrit!

The hotel photgrapher, what a happy man he was, had me in stitches all the time! also brilliant photographer and does some great deals on the photos.

Hotel was really clean, food was really nice, although we chose to eat out quite a bit as you get to explore the best of olu deniz, although sometimes, my parents went out, and the staff took care of us!

The pool is fab! clean, and big plenty of fun things to do eg. volley ball and other sports.

Entertainment is good, although a bit repetetive sometimes. Do NOT miss the Turkish night, its really good!

I would definitely visit this hotel again and would love to see all the staff I developed good friendships with!

I reccomend this to anyone!

Was bets holiday ever! (And I've only been on a few!)

Best bit has got to be the staff, they were brilliant. All really down to earth and friendly, they made my holiday! The entertainment was, I guess, traditional. Even if it was a little strange! But good all the same.

Food was too english but still enjoyable Would go back every year if my family would let me!

We booked this as a fairly last minute affair and were allocated on arrival (was between this and 2 others and I hoped it would be Turquoise - lucky us!)We arrived in the small hours and at first one of our rooms wasn't ready (the hotel thought that we were only taking one room but we had booked two). However this was sorted out reasonably quickly. Rooms were cleaned extensively each day, clean sheets, flower petals on bed, floors washed etc and our maid was lovely! Both rooms would comfortably sleep 3. TV not great but that's Turkey for you! Mini fridge in room very expensive contents but we used our own.

Pool area lovely, great small pool for our 5 yr old. Lots of sunbeds. Water checked at least twice daily. Caution though - ground gets very slippy!!

Food generally good, what you'd expect for a Turkish breakfast and you could pay extra for "English". Dinner was good on the occasions that we stayed at hotel, but loads of places to eat out in Olu Deniz so be adventurous.

Location of hotel is good it's very pretty and surrounded by mountains. A 10 min walk (max) to town but on a hill.

Staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. I felt quite at ease to let my then 14yr old daughter stay up at night with the friends she made as I knew the staff would look after them (once they knew she was only 14 they were very protective). She's still in contact with some of the bar and entertainment staff. She's desperate to go back this yr (2005) but we've booked the Port Aventura Hotel in Costa Dorada. I expect she'll cope!

All in all a great holiday with lovely memories.
