sargerme is a quiet little place clean and nice in its own little way. The market is on at the hotel on Tuesday nights and in the town on Sundays. The beach is protected because of turtles, the sand is black and stoney by the waters adge but once you get in the sea the stones dissapear and it is lovely. There are water sports on the beach too, you must have a do at the parasailing. Yes i would reccomend this hotel to families and yes we will go back there.

The town of sarigerme is a typical small turkish town. The people are very hospitable and friendly. Entertainment is basic mainly bars and restaurants. I would go back to this resort but not stay at the pegasus palace.

Sarigerme village is a 20 minute walk from pegasos hotels. It is a small village with about ten shops mainly clothing and food shops.
It has a lovely beach which is about 10 minutes from the centre, there are deer and peacocks on the way there and the children loved them.
Varollar travel and tours is the best place to book your trips. We did the mud baths from there and it was a great day out.
They are building more hotels so I think this village will get bigger but it is lovely to have a walk and a nice cool drink at one of the bars.

Only went into Sarigerme once for the Sunday market. Not much to buy that we hadn't already seen in Fethiye market. Sarigerme this year was a bit of a one horse town, but that will change when more hotels start springing up.
The beach just needs a little cosmetic enhancement as there are stones and prickly foliage in the sand. Not sure if this can be done because of the turtles. That aside, the beach was a very quiet place to go away from the hotel. It was also very beautiful.
Wouldn't visit the resort again, only because there are other places to go.

I cant say very much about the resort as there wasnt one we were in the middle of nowhere, it had a very small town with few shops, bars or restraunts in it,you could walk round it in 10 minutes it was that small!!

Small typical Turkish village, with very pleasant villagers. A few nice bars and reataurants. Beach still in it's "natural" state with very strong curent in sea. Would not recommended you let children swim.
