Do not book a sea view deluxe room.

In and around the hotel it is a mess at the moment but will improve over the years. The entertainment is a joke, First Choice have sold out to a private company called in 2action and are less than useless. Don`t know the club dances etc and are worse than school kids, nothing for adults apart from a duo a few times a week so it ends up like groundhog day everynight twidling your thumbs drinking at bars in sillence.
Nothing outside of the hotel as of yet only a trip down to the wild west shanty town of Sarigerme, blink and you`ll miss it. The beach is not even touched as of yet but I`m sure it will be ready for next year.
I would not go back to this resort for between 5 and 10 years it will hopefully be more civilised by then

The hotel was very clean, the entertainment was really poor, there was nothing to do buy drink in the bars but the beer was good local brandy was free and vodka.
The beach was natural but with swimming pools like they have there who would want all that sand stuck to your body, it felt really safe to let the kids roam they could not get out of the complex.
When they met other friends we hardy saw them, on the whole we had a nice holiday but in the future it is going to be really nice, when they get there act together on the entertainment and food.
Sarigermi is a nice small town which we know will get bigger beter food than the hotel and go and see the guys in Sarigermi tours they will really look after you and across the road a nice little gold shop.

Sarigerme travel in the town were excellent. Very helpful and a lot cheaper than the First Choice trips. They offer a great Turkish bathy/massage which my husband had for £8 plus £10 for massage with oils.
We also did the boat trip to Dalyan, mud baths and rock tombs and Turtle beach which was very good. The Turkish people in general especially in the town were very friendly.
The market was fun in Sarigerme and worth a visit, as were the restaurants and bars in the town. We visited the Paradise Restaurant which was a welcome change to the food in the hotel.
First Choice wont tell you, but from the town car park there is a free shuttle to the public beach adjacent to the German hotels. It costs just one lira to go onto the beach which is a beautiful sandy cove suitable for children with excellent sports facilities. A small zoo and very reasonable bars.

Sarigerme is a very small village, with 1 or 2 bars and the same in restaurants. Still it made a change to pop up there one evening and to the market.
It was a shame about the beach. We could have coped with it not being clean, and even the fact that it was stony by the waters edge, and that it shelved very quickly, and the sand was very hot. But then the sea was rough, and when you added it all up, it just was not worth it. Although the children enjoyed it once or twice. I just could not relax. If it was nicer, it may have enticed some of the people away from the very cramped pool areas.
No, I would not visit this hotel again. The hotel itself is lovely, but I could have been anywhere in Europe. Next time I shall find somewhere a little quieter.

As the evening entertainment is of such bad quality for anyone over 12yrs old there is very little to do in the evenings apart from sit in the main bar that has the atmosphere of a airport departure lounge.
For Kids i must say the resort is good with very good kids clubs that are well organised and with plenty of activities for them to do. Unfortunately for they seem to have forgotton about the adults.
The prices in the Hotel shops are also hugely expensive, though as the resort is in the middle of nowhere you are a captive audiance.If you get the chance try and take a trip to Olu Deniz to see how good resorts are run.

We did not really wander out much of the actual complex- when we went to the market it was nice and people were friendly. Not too sure on entertainment outside of hotel, in sarigerme town there was a few pubs to visit and somewhere for the blokes to watch their footie!!
Beach on complex was dark sand and very hot, I went down a coulpe of times to have a swim. Sand was not your typical golden sand but kids enjoyed it and thats all that mattered to me.

This resort is very new and up and coming. In a few years when there are more hotels and shops this area will be very busy.
The beach had grey sand and seemed clean although the only time we went on it was to go on the banana boats and for the beach party.

The resort was very clean and very nice. Can't really comment on resort entertainment as never left hotel.
Beach only went to once and that was for beach party and it was dark, so again can't really say if was good or bad.
Would visit agian as nice little town.

Small esort - this suited us perfectly.
Shops good. Did not really experience any oif the entertainment - husband did watch Bolton match in one of the bars and had a good time.
Overall I though it was a nice resort that is being developed, I think it will be fantastic in a few years.

As already stated cleanliness very good. entertainment ihave to say was very poor very limited for adults unless you like bingo!. beach visited once say no more! no i will not be visiting again
