Two more sleeps to go!!!!
really exceited now after reading the great reveiws, thanks for putting us out of the misery of not knowing guys, just a couple of questions to help me with my packing:
Are irons and hair dryers available? (I'v already packed the kitchen sink!) also does anyone think it is worth buying one of those plug in mosqiutoe repelents? as I'v already spent a small fortune on the sprays, bands ect. ect.
thanks Sarah
Well what can I say!!!
rtkcandy you are an absolute star!!
Ill take you with me lol but only if you promise to babysit the mini's!!
Real shame about the ice creams although it definately said they were available when I booked (like a lot of other things which have changed I guess!!)
Looks like there are going to be loads of us from here going to be there at the same time - shall we have our own beach party?!?
Anyway my last thing - can anyone shed some light on what these watches are please?
Louise

i'm sure it said ice-creams were available when i booked too, alot of people kicked up a fuss about it last year and they put them on so maybe some fuss is to be made guys!!!
so good to see such positive reviews, i'm all excited now, hurry up july
The tom watches are a way in which you can buy things not inc in the all inclusive package, (like candy floss/popcorn or drinks extra to what is included) you put money on them in reception and they deduct it as you spend.
I see from the pics that the beach looks like its been cleaned up somewhat from last year, (last year was awful! )
Hope you all have a lovely holiday those that are due to go there this year.
Jane xx
We went last July, and its was really hot, but had a nice constant breeze,
the pools felt like warm baths! and you wont need a jacket at night by then.

If it is anything like last year you had to hunt for the ice creams as they were situated were the italian resturant is, which if you have already been is located near the beach and not near the swimming pools where you would expect them to be. We had a fantastic holiday last year hence that is why we have booked to go again for the first two weeks in september.
I hope you all enjoy it as much as we did. The children enjoyed every moment of it and we came back relaxed which is doesn't usually happen
Hope you all enjoy
Lill Girl
Ps i am on my countdown already
A big thanks to Candy and olivia for taking the time to do the reviews im so excited now only 3months to wait!!!
I am so annoyed about the ice cream thou as that was one thing i specifically asked when i booked and was told they were definitly included so i have to go and pay the balance next week so i will get the girl to ring up and check and i will kick up a fuss if there are not all inclusive im not asking for anything special just a basic ice cream on a cone for the kids thats the idea of being all inclusive so when the kids want pop and ice cream you can get it free.
Oh one more question is the cordial for kids still that dodgy stuff people mentioned from last year?
And is the free orange juice in the morning now?
Thanks Vicky
The free ice cream issue happened last year when enough people made a stink about it. Early season, no ice cream, however by the time we got there it was free at the beach bars until about 4.00pm or when they ran out of the days alocation. As more people arrive who look at this and other net forums I feel sure that if it is not hidden away somewhere already then I feel sure it will soon be on offer.
Oh and by the way Vicky, I totally agree, it was a godsend for us to be able to get the kids in the shade for a some time and it was the only way really of getting them down there without a moan!
When you said no ice creams does that also mean no ice lollies?
Also did you manage to have any spa treatments? do you remember how much they cost? Trying to work out money.
Did it seem to you that you were only getting 1/2 the facilities offered from the brochure with the half being closed?
Thanks a lot - One of my kids is being a pain at the moment - and I've threated to leave him at home - if I do I let you know...... lol lol lol and you can have his ticket........
When you said no ice creams does that also mean no ice lollies?
Even if they do include ice creams (which I am sure they will eventually if not already) then it definately won't include Ice Lolly's!
Last year it was just Ice Cream as barnio said untill about 4ish (if you were lucky) Hopefully the same girl won't be serving as who served us...I would have sued the charm school if I was her
Anyway...been AI every holiday fro the last 6 years now and NEVER have we had Ice Lolly's included anywhere - Sorry
Katy xx
PS, I think you can buy Ice Lolly's on your Tom Watch... but someone else hopefully will be able to clarify this as we didn't bother with one last year as the prices seemed very inflated to day the least ( but they always are in a hotel)
I supose that a no to ice pops and slush drinks?
I agree will be good to have a walk with the kids.......im hoping maybe they are included and they just wernt found by Candy????
Topsey
I wouldnt imagine you would get slush as this is usually quite expensive.....maybe you can pay for it?
Vicky
Vicky, hi, never saw slush when we were there, only the tang drink for the kids which is free and plentifull. And they can go and get any soft drink from the bar that they want. Have a great holiday!
Im Michelle and as of 5pm last night im coming to Pegasus Palace on 15th June with my family and friends, we were cancelled last night by FC from the Kos Aqua Beach Club, to say we are angry and upset is an understatement, I know people who went to PP last year and had an awful time as they went on the first week it openend, I know its improved a lot since so I am keeping my spirits up and will try to get back into the holiday spirit again.

I hpoe this helps people out now.

Hi Michelle, welcome to this forum
Why was the Kos holiday cancelled, I was looking at it for next year!!!
I went to PP in Sept last year and had concerns as it was new, but alot of problems had already been ironed out or TBH they had been slightly exagarated!!
You will have a good time at the Palace it is lovely.
