Is is not one of the 3 St Nicholas hotels listed? If not, if you can let us know the full name of the hotel, we'll get it added.

Thanks,

Hi all.
Have been watching this thread with interest. We are going to hurghada egypt on 24th May for two weeks, but are already thinking about next year's holiday and turkey is top of my list!
Just wondering when flights would be released for turkey for next year. We usually go AI, but some of you people on here seem to have got some amazing bargains by booking accomadation and flights sepretely, so this may be the way to go!
Any hints or tips welcome and is it best to book up flights as soon as they are released?

suncatcher,

It depends which airline you're looking at, but many charter airlines released their summer 2011 programme at the end of April. Low cost carriers will release them around November. You'll often get some good deals on flights when they are released, but prices fluctuate almost daily based on demand and supply. You'll just have to keep an eye on them and once you see a price you're happy to pay, book them. The trick is not to look again afterwards! You might find the following thread useful; cheap flights help please.

Thanks. i would imagne we would look to the low cost airlines. I'll keep checking to see what's released and when, but probably wouldn't be in a position to book flights till December or even January 2011, as we have another holiday later in the year which we haven't fully paid for.
I'm assuming it's best to book flights first and then acomadation?
Thanks for the reply. X

I would have a look at availability for both before you book anything. There's no point booking flights then find the accomodation you want isn't available on the dates you want, and vice versa.

We're pleased with that price for AI... Hopefully the food and drink will be ok, as we're not taking much money!
