there were plenty of teens at the hilton sharks Bay Doepsmc and mostly english Someone from my eldest sons class at West Hatch was also there at the same time as us . It always amuses me how often we see someone we know on holiday.

That looks good as well, but at the moment the Tropicana Grand Oasis comes out quite a bit cheaper!.
I don't normally book my one week holiday until about 8 weeks before I go, but I like to keep a check on whats around and the reviews.

Lynn, i had to laugh. We went to Egypt at Easter and my daughter was looking around Gatwick and Sharm for other pupils at W. Hatch (it was a very popular choice!)

doepsmc - they were on http://www.otbeach.com and http://www.travelrepublic.co.uk not strictly a T/o but they will put a package together for you. most of their cheaper flights are with Excel but i have actually booked my flight with Excel direct as it was a bit cheaper and got £15 off per person with the promotional code DIVERS now im just gonna wait a bit and rebook hilton at the best price i can.
It certainly seems to be cheaper for us to DIY to sharm maybe because we need 2 rooms but check out the difference for you and after all its only 5/10 mins from the airport and we know what we,re doing now we can jump in a cab . If you ring they may be able to still do you a price for Grand oasis.also a lady i know has given me a phone number of a place in seven kings that will put together a good price . i have seen them when ive searched the internet. they are called A1 travel http://www.a1travel.com. I have rang them for a price to Hilton Sb but ive got to wait another week or 2 for prices. again similar sort of setup wich i assume is a local tavel agent putting you a package together

the other thing doepsmc - If you DIY you can probably play around more on the length of time of your stay.excel had flights for 7,9,10 and 11 nights as well. We went for the 10 night option to coincide with the easter weekend. go on sat 31st march- come back on the Tuesday after the Easter break. so only 1 extra day of work for hubby I know Excel have there fair share of disgrantled customers but im gonna take a chance and hope everything is OK.

But it may still be cheaper for you with Eclipse/portland . i think whats cheaper for one family is not always the same with another. i think we will probably save a couple of hundred overall . maybe a bit more but we have got a saturday flight . the best T/O price i had was with portland and that was for a thursday flight meaning 2 days off school and an extra 2 days off work with no money for Hubby. ( but that portland price has now gone up by £400)

Lyn, I am envious of you going back at Easter. I think i'll have to start looking (already got 2 holidays booked), but I really enjoyed the weather in Egypt at that time of year.

its next door to the coral isnt it Starry . any luck with prices. Im not sure how well these prices fair on those 2 sites but it was much cheaper for us to go there than back to hilton SB. Trouble is my boys want to go back to HSB becuase they made quite a few mates there and many of them have already booked to go back same time. also hubby and the eldest two are both keen divers and obviously we know we can trust the set up at HSB . im going to keep an open mind and keep checking on prices of anything that i think would suit us.
