Well Katy I must have been to Benidorm about 20 times and despite trying other places keep going back.I guess it has everything you need in one place, great weather,beach, it can be quiet or rowdy whatever you want, as I said we have tried other places in Spain such as Alcudia, Torremolinos, Lloret and Palma Nova but although I have enjoyed them all they just don't seem to have what Benidorm has

Myself and my partner have been to Benidorm 4 times since 2005 and are always looking for deals to go back. It's just got that wee bit extra special thing about it - even though I'm not sure what that "extra special thing" is! Although, I must say, Tony Scott is high on my list for one of the reasons why I go back. Unfortunately he was ill while we were there last Sept and we were unable to see him - totally gutted. I did however, get his DVD as a Christmas present from my sister so that made up for it - It just makes me want to go back even more!!

On another tangent - we bought a pet rabbit (house rabbit) last week and we called him "Beni" - no need to ask where that came from.........

Does that seem weird to anyone else? Calling a pet after a Spanish seaside resort that I love???

Here's hoping I can visit Benidorm again in 2008
