They are like I said earlier in the thread, Jaeger and red bull, only you drop the Jaeger into a glass of redbull and it fizzes like a bomb! Absolutley lovely drink. The problem is it doesn't taste at all alcoholic so you can get drunk quite easy!
Never heard of Jaeger apart from a make of wool What sort of taste does it have?
It tastes like cough medicine
sort of does actually!
It's disgusting however they do taste better the more you have
Thats always the case, the more you have ,the better it tastes.

They are available via several UK websites inc camping shops.
We got these when we went to Mexico as you could help yourself to the soft drinks, we also got the chap at the bar to put some ice in for a drink in the room. They really are great and ice stays frozen for hours. You can get cheaper copy makes but I would say you get what you pay for and these are first class. :cheers[

Red wine all the way, I buy cheap bottles or cartons of don simon in fuengirola and have it in the room,I wont hire the fridge where Im staying cos one its too expensive and two, its not cold enough and too small..
In the years we've been somewhere that hasn't had a fridge, we fill the sink up with ice cold water and submerge the drinks in there. We've even been so cheeky as to pop downstairs to the bar and ask the staff for some ice in a pint glass, keeps the water cooler for longer.
Red wine chilled ? absolutely criminal !!
room temperature for red wine every time ................would say white wine needs to be cold , just my preference
Same here Lindy!

Alsacian Pinot Noir is always chilled! And I believe some Beaujolais should be too ... but I'm not too keen on light reds - prefer Merlots or Côtes du Rhône which should always be drunk at room temperature.
Amaretto is lovely and doesn't need ice. Otherwise you could get a cold can of drink from the nearest supermarket and then add your spirit to that. You would have to get a glass form somewhere too.
Just drink some out of the can and pour amaretto in,or whatever you fancy!!!

Classy!
I've actually got a can cooler, you put it in cold water for about 10 mins and the gel expands you then stand the can in and it stays cool for ages,I bought it off the internet but can't remember the name of the site.I'll have a look for Helen and see if I can find it,T.
Is Amaretto the one that tastes like marzipan? I think I'll be on the Southern Comfort and cartons of vino when I get away from here!
Helen try amazon.co.uk.there is a 1.5ltr bottle cooler that looks as though it would be good for you,I've trawled the web but cannot find the site that sell the gel coolers, they also make wallets to put insulin pens in to keep cool,I passed the literature on to a lad in my son's football team and now that they have disbanded we don't see them any more,I'll keep looking and post if I manage to find it.If you decide to look at the one on Amazon it is made by campingaz and sell for just under £5.00.T.
