Although I never read anything from Helen, nor knew her, I feel a tinge of sadness. Why?

It's because she was a member of a community that does good for others, not to mention a human being.

From what I've read here, she was well liked and respected.

Rest easy Helen.

Helen you were such an inspiration to many of us. We had a few pm's throughout the time we have known each other and i've got to say you were a lovely lady.

RIP Helen; hope you are free from pain and that your family find some comfort from everything that everyone has wrote about you; you were a wonderful person.

Thoughts and prayers are with your family now.

This is such sad news.

Helen and I shared a love for Cyprus and spoke online often about it and our the holidays we both had there.

She was a truly remarkable lady, her kind loving character always came through in everything she said.

This world will be a little dimmer without this wonderful lady.

Sleep in peace Helen, you'll be truly missed.

My thoughts are with family and friends.

RIP

Hi Jim

Thanks for the lovely pm

I thoroughly enjoyed meeting you and Lesley and I'll certainly be visiting

again. Coming home was a culture shock believe me

Met Janet and Alex in Limassol and they're a lovely couple too

I can honestly say I had a fabulous time and I'm looking forward to

meeting you again soon

As for the curry paste..........you're more than welcome.

See you on the board...........

Take care, Helen xx

it is the family's wishes...that when they go to cyprus this year...they will scatter helens ashes there. a lovely idea.

Dottie thanks for letting us know.

I agree it's a lovely idea given Helens love of Cyprus.

11am On Friday I will light the little candle I have for Helen and say a small prayer.

I hope the messages will be of a comfort to Helen's husband even in some small way

Once again Thanks Medot xx

I spoke to her on posts once or twice and she came across as a really lovely lady. Why do the best ones always get taken early?

RIP
