There are some noisier parts but even the busiest resort has quiet parts to it. If you don;t want noisy nightlife then avoid the centre of Gumbet, although the outskirts are very nice and quiet.

There are a few very nice beaches. Oratkent has a good beach and thre are some that aren't particularly by resorts but you can visit for a day - Camel Beach and Bagla Beach for example. Bitez is quite nice too.

I don't know Torba well so i cant tell you much about it and I can't tell you much about AI either although I would advise to go for a good quality one if you do choose AI as some of the cheap ones aren't very good.
