Hello all
I am also an Avon rep and at the moment in Brochure 11 the Satin Glow is only £2.50. In Brochure 12 although it goes up to it's correct price of £5.00 it's on BOGOF

Use the one for blonde hair, as find this the best on the market and leaves hair really soft and shiny.

I use the Johnsons Holiday lotion too but i'm not too keen on the smell of it. I use the one for the face too.
p.s has anyone used any good anti celulite firming moisturisers that you can reccomend?
A good firming moisturiser is- firm your body balm by No 7 - it is lovely - rubs in a treat, smells great and has a small amount of self tan in it. Sells for 8.50.
My pre holiday prep is worse I exfoliate moisturies spray my ecotan and use my tan exelirater(dont think it helps tan but seems to stop prickly heat) Then I have to do it all agai for my husband who is quite a big boy it takes me ages I wish I could apply produsts with a roller. O I also have to get his feet all loveley and soft (No hard skin). After all that I need a holiday.
Cheers
Anne
Bought the honey Body Butter today for half price £5.00 bargain - it smells georgeous.

The other 4 body butter's I mentioned are half price, until stock runs out. Regards, BBB.

Try Ebay or TJ Hughes who are selling them at half price at the moment and now only £15 BARGAIN

Cazz - does the SSS moisturiser with the tan work the same for mozzies as the regular SSS moisturiser does?
I wouldn't like to say as the one with the tan has different ingredients. All i know is what I've heard from customers and it's the SSS soft and fresh dry oil bodyspray, I'm gonna try it next year in Cyprus, heard the mossies and sandflies are superbreds over there!

I live in India for alot of the year and it works there - believe me!!!
I tried the Johnsons Holiday skin I think it was called and thought that it was appalling. Exfoliated etc and I do admit to using Ecotan accelerator but ,although I have a tan already it turned me the most peculiar orange colour. Lucily the orange wiped off on my nice white towel! I have to admit to the overall effect resembling one of those awful streaky selftan lotions!
this also happened to me, after a few days of using it each evening I turned orange!! I stopped using it and like you it came off on my towel but in patches so I was left with blotchy legs for a few days.

Thank god I was not about to go on holiday. Can you imagine lying by the pool in a hot climate looking like a blotchy tangoed blob?
Hiya my mum bought the dry oil body spray (in a pale green container) from avon a while back and its run out. It was really good and was wondering if anyone knew where we can buy something similar in the high street until we can order it from avon again. cheers.

I think it's a unique product so doubt you'll find anything similar on the high street. My best friend works at Avon and she tells me the SSS is their biggest selling product of all time
Stace........you can buy online from Avon if you can't wait. I think it's a unique product so doubt you'll find anything similar on the high street. My best friend works at Avon and she tells me the SSS is their biggest selling product of all time

It says:
'An excellent mosquito deterrent is (believe-it-or-not) Avon's 'Skin-so-soft' bath oil spray. It's highly effective. Even sand flies will keep their distance.'
Every lady in our hotel smelled the same at night. LOL
I've used it before we go out at night on every holiday since and have been bitten very few times, even though we've been to a lot of places that had loads of mosquitos.
Of course, the formula has changed since then, it was quite oily, but now they've changed to the dry oil spray.
I find it's just such a great moisturiser, too.
I mentioned this recommendation to my Avon rep at the time and she agreed, then went on to say that it had all sorts of other uses.
It's supposed to remove tar from your car when you've driven over a road that been newly rechipped.

But of course, Avon wouldn't want to market a beauty product and say it does loads of other things too, I guess.
