Hi
Thanks for the info, tried the builders web site but couldn't get a connection to it. Have looked at the Dalam estates tho'

Can I ask you how long you have (lived) or had your property in Dalaman and is it true what they say about there being more mosquitos there than anywhere else in Turkey (daft question I k now) we were told to be careful of Dalaman as it is very swampy in areas, of course we know that when we do decide to buy the area will have been checked out ( I would have thought).

Also what is the weather like in the winter, temperature wise?

Thank you
Debbie

Hi DebandChris/light blue,

I noticed an errant 'j' had got into that Curbanoglu web-site address so it should read:
-- commercial website removed by MarkJ --
Lots happening in Dalaman/Sarigerme as has already been said and we also bought with Curbanoglu. Where have you bought light blue?
We bought on Hillside and Eucalyptus and both are just about finished now.

Hi All
I'm moving out to Dalaman on 5th June to live. We have a place about 10 mins walk to the town and 5 min drive from the airport. No more long transfers.
One of the reasons we bought is due to the prices and new tourist attractions, i.e. golf courses and marina.
Can't wait to get there, away from the lousy weather we've been having lately.

Hi everyone,
DebandChris, I have seen in the forum that you were asking properties close to Sarigerme town and thought I should give you a reply.
I am working in a design&construction company as general manager. I am mostly dealing with sales but I also oversee the after sales departmant.
We have been operating in Fethiye area since 1996 and this year we will start to build apartments and villas very close to Sarigerme town.
There is going to be a complex with 24 apartments, another complex with 12 apartments and 3 unique villas for private owners.
All the properties will be completed in 2007 summer and all of them have sea view.
If you require more info please send me PM then I can send you our web-site and you can have a look.
Another quick note : I am living in Sarigerme now. It is heaven!!!
Hope this helps

Its easy to buy property in Turkey, but at the moment there is no market for resales and can be very difficult to sell as there are so many on the market.

If you want the name of a reputable agent, pm me.
