ive had a phone call off european consumer they have asked me for all docs, proof of rental, recent invoice etc, so i emailled them all they requested and clearly explained the situation and my lack of response from tigercarrentals . ive had a reply back saying they are only a mediation body, and do not have any enforcement powers grr they have told me to contact the company direct and request an explanation of the charges which i have already done about 5 times, ive emailled them back again explaining again ive already tried this and getting no where, feel like im hitting my head up against a brick wall and this is probably why they havent bothered to reply knowing i cant do anything. i have asked european consumer if there is no trading standards or similar in dublin that would look at this website and im now awaiting a reply although i dont hold out any hope of resolving this
