and more leg room. Sure they had the extra leg room, but nothing else, no seat back TVs as promised - not even in Premium Class - and their entertainment was almost non existent and very dated. The food is revolting. I wrote to Thomsons to complain when I got home, but they were interested. There was no apology made for the fact that we were sent out on one of the aircrafts which hadnt been updated.

Talk about customer service, don't these airlines understand that people have holiday commitments and not all employers will accommodate change of arrangements
