had a sitting area with tv and balcony had a bedroom with shower room also with a balcony.
was cleaned every day, never had meal in hotel but never heared any complaints either.
would stay there again as we enjoyed our stay there had nothing to complain about.
sue.
Must have put us in a different block as it was horrible pink and dated when we stayed!
It is a better than OK place, in a good location just off the main drag.
The restaurant is not that good but the Tandoori evening is alright and there are a couple of cafe/bars just outside the main entrance that are normally busy.
The drinkers choice, the red lion is on the corner and bubbles a short walk out the back door
i stayed there xmas and new year just gone and thought it was a good hotel as in what i wanted out of it..
sleep shave and shower....did not eat there or use the pool but it all looked ok and for 12 quid a night i did not complain, big lounge with sofa,tv,armchairs, table fridge then a hallway to the bedroom with ensuite and balcony,,,
centrallt located pretty decent staff,,was going to stay there in 3 weeks time for 8 quid a night but found somewhere else on the beach..
but i would recommend it to anyone..
service was great - had no problems at all
could anyone tell me how much rougly i would pay for a flight back to gatwick mid jan as im thinking of staying for another month when i go out in november as my hoilday finishes on 20 december and how much would i expect to pay for hotel for a month i am traveling alone thank you everyone
hi just booked the braganza (3 rooms} for 24november paid £8.20 a night per room havent been before but reviews on other sites seem ok hope to see you there
hpoe to see you there as well only seven months carnt wait
I would try to get a deal now (colbraganza@rediffmail.com/ colbraganza@yahoo.com) and do not except the first two or three quotes as the prices can get silly at Christmas and new year, if you cannot get a good deal wait until you are here as it is not likely to be that busy and there are plenty of other places to stay.
If you are on a charter I would contact Eddie at Daytripper (info@daytrippergoa.com) to see if he can sell your return ticket and get you a new one later or talk to your rep about it when you get here, should get one for about £250
If you have not booked you would be better off come on a Scheduled flight and booking the hotel direct, and ask for a long term deal
Me
i have already booked and paid for a months hoilday with jewel in the crown i just wanted to stay on for another month just dont no what hotel to stay at or if i like colonia de braganza i might stay on there just like to keep my options open
If you are on a charter I would contact Eddie at Daytripper
As far as I am aware, Eddie stopped dealing with Charter Flights some years back, after the "4 week rule" debacle and clients being "fined" at the airport.
But I could be wrong?
I could be wrong?
Probably not... I have not done it for years and even then found the reps to be a better deal
