I was amazed by a response I had from an owner of a cottage near Penrith in Cumbria. Having pointed out a number of issues with the property (such as not clean, security) that made the stay very much less than satisfactory they acknowledged and agreed all the points but didnt even offer an apology. Dear all...dont bother with a 'grain mill'...you'll have a miserable time.
