We ate at Crossroads every night and have done every time we've been to Marmaris. (this is due to one of our party being paranoid about food poisoning).

Steaks are great, Godron Blue & Gorgonzola are definate the best, and the chicken & beef casserole is super (one for those that are starving). The guy (Jon) on the door is great too, he doesn't hassel you just lets you look.

Just returned from Marmaris and was hoping to go back before the end of the summer holidays but looks like I won't due to the recent airport stuff.

I'd promise I'd take the photosgraphs back with me that we took in Friendly's Bar (Armutulan area). Unfortunately I'm not going back so need an address so that I can post them.

Does anyone have/know where I can get the address? Just in case there's 2 called that, it's the one next door to the Havana Bar.

Hi Cooper, I am unsure of your apartments, but as far as money goes, we normally change about £100 here into New Turkish Lira and take Sterling with us. You get a good exchange rate there for nice crisp notes and also good bargains at the shops and market for Sterling. Probably get about 8 t shirts for £10.
Enjoy your holiday, I am sure you will fall in love with Turkey like the rest of us have.

Nikkichick - Your staying at club alize aint you? Well if you get on the dolmush outside the hotel..number 3. it stops rite outside mayfair. I dont really know where else 2 say it is*no good with directions*. Its near 4 shops..supermarket,bag shop, dvds, and watch shop..and then its mayfair. Or if you get off the dolmush if you walk up on the side the dolmush dropped you off..keep walking then theres a bus stop and then the shops.

Or From the Aussie Bar *if you know where it is*,come out of the little road, cross both roads then you should be near-ish the bus stop and phone, keep walking and you should see it..hopefully.

Im no good with directions..any ones else any better? :D
