Something i noticed in Turkey - Hairdryer dosen`t work quite as well and hair striaghteners don`t heat up as much - not sure if it`s a lower voltage in turkey or just my hotel!!!!
My hair straighteners were the same in Tenerife! Must be a drop in voltage or something. *Trying to sound as if I remotely know what I'm talking about*

the voltage in turkey is 220 and it is two pin plugs ,you can use any appliance with a two pin plug straight into the socket ,if you have anything with a three pi square plug you can get an adapter which goes from two pin to three pin ,you can buy them here at home or in the resorts they are cheap as chips
Buy one adapter and then take an extension lead with you and just plug your things into that.

It's a 2-pın plug. You can actually buy adaptors out here ın Turkey but any universal adaptor bought ın the UK wıll work.
