hi chelsea girl. we flew with excel a couple of years ago to Ibiza and had no problems at all.
My mum has also flown with then to Cyprus without any problems

We flew to Ibiza with Excell last October.

Great outbound, on time no problems whatsoever.

12 hour delay inbound as the plane hit a seagull when it landed in Ibiza and we had to wait for an engineer to fly out from the UK to check the plane out to make sure it was okay.

These things happen, but i often wonder why someone from the UK has to be flown out to have a look and why a local engineer can't check things out.
