Huge increase in price.

Checked just now and First Choice are asking £4524 for 2 adults + 1 x 15 year old. Last time I looked at Thomsons it was around £3521. We paid £1900 last year for 2 + 1 but it was half board in hotel. We upgraded for the last 5 days to premium all. incl for around £300.

Personally I think £4524 is VERY expensive for a 2 week holiday in Ibiza. Wonder what others think???

Hi,
Just had an email from someone I know that works for Fiesta telling me that to their knowledge Fiesta have NO plans to sell off the Club Don Toni. They also said that Thomsons have a contract for this hotel for the 2010 season.Just have to wait and see if it appears again on sale from Thomsons.

For anyone interested in Don Toni Club. It is appearing tonight on First Choice website.
2 adults + 1 kid from Edin. beginning of August £4122. Went down since the last time I priced it a few days ago!

staying here in mid may , does anyone know if there is any late night bars close to the hotel suitable for a family nightcap as i believe the hotel bars shut at 12 , thanks

Hi,
There are quite a few bars approx. 1/4 mile from the hotel but after midnight they are packed with young folk going to SPACE nightclub etc.As a family we never ventured out from the hotel after midnight but did come home from the bars after a night out after this time and personally if you did want a few drinks after midnight then I would get a taxi into the centre and visit Big Bens,Kopis etc.

thanks for the reply , as we are going mid may most of the big clubs wont be open , so hopefully will be a bit quieter

Just priced up Aug 2011 All inc and it will cost us £1400 MORE than Aug 2010. Bookings now through First Choice. Looks like they are going to lose a lot of business as we certainly can't pay that sort of price. Such a shame as we do Ibiza every year and have been very loyal to Fiesta hotels for about 15 years. :(

seems a bit high for early booking.i would keep an eye on it.later in year i bet its goes down.you tried looking at another hotel.see what pricers they are coming up at.

£1400 that 4 weeks for me or more.like me i was loyal to fiesta untill they sold the algarb.i tired it when gps took over but not the same.so now i have moved to tres carabelas.suits me fine.infact i must get my card with my points on cashed in this year.think i have 60 odd points left.i would stay in a fiesta hotel again.but on my own its too much to pay.booking diy saves me loads.

plus i can go for funny days.like 10/15/16 and 18.

Hi,
Now that First Choice have taken over from Thomson as being the Agent for this hotel can anyone who has been recently tell me if there are any differences.I am looking to book for 2011 but am being forced to go All Inclusive although we like to go Half board. We can get HB in the hotel but we much prefer the Club.Do you still get burgers ,hotdogs and sandwiches from the pool bar?.
Reply
yes on the all inc you can get hot dogs / burgers and toasted sandwiches at the pool bar , but only until 6pm

39 days and counting for our visit to the Club DT this year. So pleased to hear from friends who went recently that Omar is on the Animation team. :) :) Paco is at the Palm Beach this year.

Still trying to book for next summer but have now written to Tui's MD due to misleading information regarding child prices on First Choice web site.

Just love the place like so many others but the prices are now ridiculous. Any ideas on how to book more cheaply greatly received.

you staying in the hotel or club.think it does not matter which really.but if you staying in the hotel i would go to the club to get your a.i band.seeing as your gonna be round the pool at the club most days.i cannot see a problem.it was 19 euro lasttime i nipped in.for a.i.ask when you check in that you need the band for the club if your in the hotel.

see you round pool 12 noon on the 30th.

I priced this for 2011 when I eventually found it on First Choice instead of Thomson and it was way more than last year.

would have gladly gone back if prices were lower. Just re-checked now and it is not showing up as available at all next year!
