This sounds almost exactly what has happened with us, the person whom i am complaining about is trying to rectify it herself, sounds more or less like she is trying to sweep this all under the carpet. The shop is in the midlands area and unfortunately for her I did the same went to another store. They have been brilliant, transferring our tickets and offering us a 5% discount on each trip.

The first choice we booked with is in actual fact a Bowens first choice, who trade under the name by franchise. We have now been given the name of the area manager who deals with the midlands area by the other store.

I am awaiting a phone call today from the manager i complained about who although swearing blind she is a saint and has not done any of the things I put in complaint, has asked i give her the benefit of the doubt and wait for her to call me today. I am still waiting and its 4pm..........
