Hello, Me and my girlfriend have booked a holiday to Egypt, and decided to book seats together for the flight (£34) After entering the payment details, the money was held in my account (I.E if my balance is £64, my available balance will be only £30).
We then received a confirmation E-mail stating the following:
Select your Seat
Thank you for reserving your seats. You'll be able to reserve your seat numbers from tomorrow at no further charge. Simply click on the link below at least three days before your flight departure and follow the instructions to choose your preferred seats.
However, when we proceed to select our seats, it then says we have an outstanding amount of £34 to pay for the seating? Im a little confused as to what to do, as I'm apprehensive to put my details in again, in case in charged yet again for something i have already paid for? Just wondered if you had any advise for me?
Thanks
Bobby

Welcome onboard
I would give First Choice a call to enquire what the additional charge / outstanding balance is as it should only be £17 per person for seat selection.
Darren
I never reserve seats because usually getting to the airport early is suffice. BUT, we always book exit seats and what happened to you, happened to us.
I wouldn't worry at the moment, your bank will state the debit, but it obviously has not reached their bank yet.
However if after a few days nothing has been altered, ring first choice and select over the telephone.
Hope that helps
