Go on to trip advisor, type in Holiday Village White Sands there is a review there from LauracKent and she has attatched 7 pics to it.
If you go on to Trip Advisor, and click on link (forums) then find the mexico one there is currently a 142 page discussion on this resort lot more info.
Also someone I know goes on Sunday has just had a call from fc to say splash pool deffinatly open by weekend

go to the page you wish to link to, hover your cursor over the address bar at the top of the page containing the url for the page, right click, copy then come back to (in this instance) this page and in the post reply box right click again and click paste

Dont have any more pics, but jacuzzi rooms sound lovely.
Heard there is a bit of issue with kids dens not really kid ish if you get my meaining, and having to put a $200 deposit down for play station.
Good news anyone going with kids as pump has arrived for splash pool and is getting fitted as we speak, guests have been told it will be up and running by the weekend

Go about half way down page a review from holiday girl puts pics on, think she must be in one of the posh rooms as has hammock outside and I know standard ones don't have this, looks really nice.

There is also a pic from another reviewer of the splash pool, unfinished all be it but looks like it will be great.

you'll be pleased to know that all standard rooms also have a hammock on balcony/terrace.
Hope you and your family have a lovely time. As I've said before I think we were very
unfortunate to go opening weekend and once everything is up and running the resort will
probably be lovely. Just a shame it is First Choice Exclusive and they will not be getting
my custom again!

It is really dissapointing that they allowed people to book the first two weeks as it is a lot of money not to enjoy the resort, I agree if I had a really bad experience with fc I would not travel with them again, Im not too good at the compaining stuff though.

There are slides. If you look on trip advisor under the reviews
Kazzaliza has put a picture of the splashpark in her review. Even

can tell the kids will love it once done. One problem though loads of
sunbeds round the splashpark but no shades but the lack of shade
was something that everybody commented about throughout the
whole resort.

Thanks abbie, I have seen the pics its looks great, and post on there from yesterday has said pump has arrived and will be fitted for weekend, that was from someone there now so thats good news, should deffintatly be done for when I go in two weeks.

Thanks for info looked at pics it looks good. When do you go, we dont go till 13th Sept so we have ages to go yet. I was really worried untill the better reviews starting coming in and now i am getting excited. It still seems a long way off.

hello all-finally registered on this site after spending the last few weeks closely monitoring the fun and games going on at HVWS-i fly on 31st so i have to admit was getting a eeeny bit worried!seems to be getting sorted though!any updates??
Hi, We are a family going at end June and wanted to know the dress code for the restaurants, mainly for adult male and teenage male. Are 3/4 trousers acceptable or do you need to wear long trousers/jeans?

In the buffet restaurants people were wearing shorts but in the a la carte restaurants sometimes
people were allowed to wear 3/4 length trousers but sometimes people were told they needed
to wear full length trousers so I would pack some full length trousers just in case!

Has anyone stayed in the standard room that sleep 2 - 3 people? Are they spacious?
