hi
the hotel is only 20 mins from the airport by bus.it is 17 floors high.
the hotel is family based,if you have kids they will love it, the entertainment team are great.the food is good, just your typical ai food.
the place itself is very small, a few shops/bars etc. they are places nearby you can go to by bus its only 2 euro for it. you can go to torrivista which has lots of shops etc. and a nice beach. or you can go to pdla.
anything else you want to know just ask.

can u tell me do they have shampoo etc in rooms and do they provide pool towels or should we take our own??
thanks
they provide small bars of soap ( not very good )
they dont provide pool towels, so i would take your own towels and soap/shampoo etc. if you need anymore info just ask
billyncathy
thanks for that. am sure as the time gets closer i will think of more things lol
i will see you there in june if same week
think we are there 15-22nd june is that the same week?
ha ha we go on the 22nd we will pass you in the airport..or we may get your room ?? i think this hotel is very good value for money weve got 2 free child places and 1 of the kids is 12 in other hotels you have to pay adult price and we have got it free!!! brill
where is the entertainment on a evening held inside or outside ??
and is the picture of the playa pariaso main road near the hotel or is it a walk?? im sure i can think of many more
the hotel sits down a small hill just off the main rd.
the entertainment is held inside the hotel.
mini disco starts at 8.30
bingo starts at 9.30.
the entertainment starts at 10. appox.
outside the hotel there is not much to do at night, there are a few bars that show the football, and have karoke etc.
you can use the hotels sister hotel at the top of the hill called oasis.
they have entertainment on as well, but you have to pay for your drinks etc, in that hotel. i have some pictures of the main street.and some pictures from the view from the room we were in, but dont have any of the hotel itself. if you would like to see them pm me.

thanks cathy..
well i returned from my week at this hotel on friday evening, i thought the hotel was lovely we had requested a low floor room and we got one 2nd floor which was great seeing as the lifts are a joke!! The food is lovely apart from the snack bar which is dreadfull.. the weather held our for a few days and then was cloudy, The entertainment was not good i couldnt of took another night of it, all in all i enjoyed it and if you are going im sure you will aswell.. i wouldnt go back but thats just a personal opinion
Claire62 if you haven't already done so could you please post a review in our hotel reviews section.
i will do when i can wake up long enough.... its all the relaxation
72 SLEEPS TO GO!!
We chose the hotel very carefully after spending the last 3 years doing Fiesta hotels in the Balaerics....the younger kids LOVE mini disco and we are training the baby up for future 'follow da leader' and 'star trekkin' antics. Also we strangely enjoy the fiesta entertainment its just so cheesy and easy going .
Nil beach was a biggy for us because they dont like the sand anyway!
Few questions I wouldnt mind answering though....
1 - PP looks like a ghost town. We need a buggy for the bairn, do they have them to hire at the hotel or do we have to cart ours all the way?
2 - Still with babies, do the local shops sell baby food etc (im assuming the hotel wont provide under the AI package.
3 - What is the weather really like in October in Tenerife, compared to the balaerics?
4 - Im sure the younger kids will be well entertained, is there anything to keep my 15yr old sons hormones in check? Local teenage discos etc.
5 - Getting to the Lido from the hotel with the kids, especially the baby...Im guessing there will be a mountain of steps looking at the phots.
6 - Is it really a No Smoking hotel?
7 - We are expecting building work. Anything recent going on nearby thats going to make us wish we hadnt booked?
8 - Local fishing spots, simple dangling of cheap rod in sea, nothing special. Whats that small beach like for an early morning dip, safe water etc?
Thats about it really, any other info would be appreciated from those in the know and If you are going in October see you there!!
(1) it is a quiet place, i think u will have to take buggy with you, we bought a cheep 1 here and just left it there.
(2) there are a couple of supermarkets there they should sell baby food.
(3)when we were there in oct the weather was great.
(4) the younger kids will love it. as for the 15 year old, not much for them to do at night.
(5) you can walk to the lido avoiding the steps, its not all that far.
(6) yes it is non smoking inside, you can smoke at the pool and outside the hotel doors etc and in your room.
(7) we have been there twice and the building work is not a problem.
(8) we did not go to the small beach but we did see people swimming there. there was people fishing from the rocks. i dont know if they took there own rods with them or bought cheep ones.
hope this is of some help to you billyncathy
