Many property owners/advertisers have been posting duplicate advertisements for their holiday homes, or posting late availability dates, or inviting members to post enquiries about the property here in this forum.
Unlike the rest of the site, this is not a discussion forum. It is for advertisements only and once the original advert has been placed, any follow up enquiries from potential clients should be by PM or e-mail.
Duplicate advertisements or late availability offers should not be posted. All such posts are currently being deleted but if this persists, property owners may find that their original advert will also be deleted and will not be reinstated.
