We sent ours in the same envelope Franny and sent 2 SDE's for there return (but they were returned in one envelope), makes you wonder why we follow instructions to the letter........and they don't!

Just happy they came back okay

Well the passports with Visa's did arrive today

Handed in on Monday delivered Thursday Morning unbelievable service,

I am sure being face to face with someone makes them a lot less likely to reject that's the main reason I handed them in in person....

wow mids on tour thats great news i posted mine on same day but when i tracked the post it says delivered to hayes ,but cannot see electronic proof of delivery is not availble at the moment that was 3 days ago got 2 wait 5 days hope mine is not sitting on a shelf somewhere knowing my luck it will be more stress :cry

help i am on temporary internet at present and can only log on for about 15 mins. I have successfully (I think) applied on line and just made payment.
I havent got enough time to go back through all the pages can someone let me know the following
Is it correct that I send the visa application signed, one photo pasted on front and one stapled to the back - is this the only form or do I need to send anything else.
One special delivery envelope addressed to me together with passport.
which address in London do I send it to.

My passport status after 5 days of posting the forms has been updated to 'Your visa application has been pre-checked and processed atApplication center London-Hayes' today. Does this mean they have started to look at it or everything is ok and its on its way back or........

Thanks so much, I have been in a total panic, I was pretty sure there was something else I had to sign and send off!!!!!!!!. The website doesnt make it very clear about making payment etc, thank goodness for HT!!!!!!!

I now seem to think I dated the declaration form wrong, I'm sure I have put 4/1/2011 should be 4/2/2011.(such a stupid mistake :banghead:)Not looking forward to the next week or so stressing about the return of the visas & maybe having to send them off again.Hate this time of sorting my holiday VISAS AARGH!!!!!!!!!!Hope they will all be sorted before 11 March.Well fingers crossed. :roll:

hi all i am worried when you send by special delivery do they have 2 sign for the delivery as it says on royal mail website that there is no electronic proof of delivery for my forms [have i done somrthing wrong]thanks again

Hi, When you posted them did you gey a receipt?It will have your tracking number on it,they are supposed to garrentee next day delivery.

Please please help. If anyone has sent their applications away & not had the postage paid for the return what happens.My neice took her sister & their partners passports plus all the forms to the p/o & was only charged the delivery & not the return.I really need help on this 1 asap xx

Franny dont panic i had exactly the same happen to me in Nov i only paid £5.05 and it should have been double that i was panicking like mad thinking all sorts of things but low and behold i had mine back with postage paid on them dont ask how that happened i was just glad to get them in my hands...

Thanks for the reply sleeps. I really hope that will be what happens here,we are due to fly out 11th March & they are following us the week after (18th).I'm already stressing over my own application & this is just another problem to add to it. :banghead:
