Out of the list of dates and people - of those that cancelled has it cost them a lot of money? - I only ask because fc told me it would cost 50% of my total holiday cost to change accomodation ie. approx £1100. I thought I would just be charged an admin fee.

I've been cancelled as you all know, but I'm still going to E-mail as suggested and be one of the cancelled sad and disappointed ones.

I did not have to pay an extra for the cancellation or for transfer as they cancelled me, so no choice in the matter.

I got to change Free of Charge (supposed to be going 24th May, cancelled Yesterday), but the CS lady I spoke to said it was because of the Flight change time by 14 hrs. I never signed to accept the change. Also, I'd emailed them daily for about the previous week saying how unhappy I was, maybe something flags on the system and they realised I wasn't going to be fobbed off. Email to the Customer Services address given in the Contacts section of the website. I never got a reply, but it may have helped.

One thing - if they do offer an alternative, price it up on the web yourself - the prices that CS quote seem to be higher than those on the web - apparently it depends which route they go in to book ie. if they look for say Greece, or for Familyplus, or by date etc. If they try hard enough they can come up with the lower figure.
