As I had not heard anything a week later I Emailed them via customer relations and raised a case. As I had not heard anything 3 weeks later I called them again. The Lady I spoke to again confirmed that I was entitled to a full refund and that the system said I had been sent a full refund. When I queried where the missing £139.50 was she said I should take it up with the bank. I did try speaking to the Bank but they confirmed there was no issues.
Basically what should I try now? I seem to be getting the runaround from Lufthansa, the case I raised with them has not been replied to. Looking online I notice quite a few people seem to have issues with refunds from Lufthansa, one American lady said it took 4 months in one case!
