Are you are roller or a folder? I'm normally a roller but did 2 suitcases folded with those airbag wotsits that get the air out when you roll them (does that make sense). Could get loads more in suitcase with them in
I am sooooooooo incredibly jealous of you - have a FAB time, hope weather is a lot nicer for you than it was us and we want to hear all about it when you get home.
Safe journey & very happy hols to you & anyone else travelling this weekend.

I have my lists on standby. I am a bit worried about the jellyfish situation ,seems like a few people returning are being stung so may have to just plodge ankle deep. Can't risk being stung and spoling my holiday.
Just get someone to wee on your sting, you'll be fine!!
Ive heard before of rolling instead of folding before when packing. Must admit never been brave enough to try it. Does it really work?
Only 3 weeks tomorrow now and Cala D'or here we come! Still no tickets! Nothing on tv tonight so I think it's about time to start writing the packing list Husband will just shake his head and say "Is it that time already"!! They have a life and half!!
Mum's usually golden and helps pack! What a star!!!
Will my two year old get a luggage allowance? She didn't last year as she didn't have a seat?
Might have a trial run with the rolling system!
Have fab time Miathompson!!
Hi hippyjak - if your 2yr old has a seat (which i'm sure they will) then they should have the same luggage allowance as you grown ups!
packed my handbag, most imortant money and passports..... so my case to go........... feel better now halfway there.. the wine helped
going to be hot next week according to the weather on line.... so got loads of aftersun, and cream...
3 days to gooooooooo and ive done nothing!!!!!! roll fold nah just chuck it in and hope

Anyway, going to start looking for a holiday to Sa Coma for October this year. There will be me, my friend and 4 kids so we will probably stay at the Safari Park. Would like to try the Coma
Gran but will see what deal we can get. Speak soon. Gx
ooooooooooooo 14 hours til me and the family leave for the airport hopefully this time tomorrow il be sitting by the pool
Anybody know roughly the exchange rate been offered in Cala D'or. How much do they charge to exchange?
Stumpy will be by the pool now - lucky thing!
Parga - sorry that things weren't so good for you. What happened?
I did my scrapbook with holiday piccies over the weekend and just keep looking at them feeling totally depressed - I just want to be there right now.
Anyway, back to Sa Coma on 20 October. Can't wait. How about you, have you got anything else planned for this year. Gx
Will look forward to having a loot at your review.
Nothing planned for us till next Summer - we can only afford one a year with having the kids - still praying for my lottery win tho'

Anyone any ideas on the cheapest way of booking a 4day break? Have booked a 4day break through Flyglobespan to Benidorm for Oct. which was cheaper than DIY, but thinking of maybe Magaluf/Palma Nova in April.
Hi Tis. Kept everything crossed for you tonight Omg I would love a lottery win (about £250,000 would be FAB). We seem to spend all our spare money on hols but the house and garden are in need of a bit of attention Still going to Majorca with my friend, her kids and my lad in October though Gx
You may know the answer by now, but the best rate I can see in Magaluf today is 1.44 euros to the pound with no commission at all, i.e. give them £100 and they give you 144€.
This seems to be a better deal than people get changing money in England where sometimes the rates look OK but there is generally commission to pay.
That rate may be available for large amounts in bank notes but not for £200 etc. I hope that I am wrong and you get what you hope for, have a great holiday. I am a miserable old sod eh.
