julie am: If you want a quick transfer you need to be around the south west of the island (Magaluf and Palma Nova spring to mind). Can't recommend an AI as I've never done this, but the hotel reviews will have something.
Lindaboogie1: Went to Cala Bona early-mid October last year, there were showers but other than that it was bikini weather. I know the summer started late in Mallorca this year as it was mid-June before it really kicked in, so will hopefully last a bit longer for you - at the end of the day you can't guarantee it whatever the month so I would check the long range forecast before you go (it's always been pretty accurate when I've been on hols) which will help you decide what to pack...
