Hi everyone, my name is Jayne, oh Gaz and me will be in Goa Jan 17 09, our 5th time, holidaying with my sister 2 brothers and their partners. Hope to come to a Candolim meet and will check dates nearer the time.
Staying at Sunset Beach, we missed 2008 so am so ready for a Goa fix.
I love this forum, always something interesting to read, really appreciate all the input from long termers and 2 weekers alike, with missing a year am finding the restaurant thread helpful, so much changes quickly in Goa, glad Nerul is being mentioned so much as it is a place I had wanted to try.
Hopefully see some of you in Jan

yes restaurants do seem to change. Ones that were favourites one year can be way down the list the following year. Keep an eye out for the first reviews

finally i signed up as a user and am writing i know about this site from a traveller i met in goa! the conversation started by me asking her if the blue band she was wearing was a "livestrong" one.. and she told me about this site and some stories and she spoke for 3 hours ! since then i have been reading some discussions on and off.
have been to goa over 12 times mostly north adn once lived in the south.
in our beautiful planet i have travelled quite a few places. some of them are aruba, curacao, st maarten, st thomas, puerto rico, cayman islands, belize, key west, cozumel (mexico), ocho rios (jamaica!) , oland (sweden) , copenhagen, taj mahal , delhi, kerala , miami etc.
currently am 27 .... travelled 12 countries... any of you think will i make it to the ramaining ones ??? haha !
i am going to goa in jan !

Went to Goa for the first time in January 2006, just booked our second trip.
This forum is fantastic, the best on all the discussion boards I feel. The success of our first trip I feel was down to this forum. The hubby couldn't believe the information I had stored in my head prior to even landing in Goa!

Hi Everyone, Although Ive been going to Goa for the last 10 years or so Ive just discovered this site when I got into a panic when we discovered the Visa application method had changed this year. Its amazing how often you can visit a place then just from reading a few threads on here you discover loads more useful information. We are leaving the UK on Boxing Day for 3 weeks of lazing in the sun and I cant wait.
