Ok guys,

how would it be with two kiddies 7 & 9 on MYT Mombassa in july. No seat TV etc. How much is upgrade, what is in upgrade, do they have tv in there.

What is MYT like on longhaul,,,,,,

They 3k for 2 adult and 2 children flights, anyone know anywhere cheaper...

MYT are very good in my experience although I've always flown on the A332's which are superior from a passengers perspective than the 767's. Premier Gold on the 767's give you 35" seat pitch and seat back / hand held IFE, complimentory drinks etc. You'd have to enquire regarding the cost, normally about £200 but depends on deals a the time.

We have recently booked our honeymoon to the Maldives with My Travel and tried to get upgraded flights, but the travel agents couldn't upgrade us as they have sold out. Is this normal? We aren't going until March 08.

I really really wanted a nice start to our honeymoon
Do you think it would be worth ringing them direct?

Hello all. This is my first post, and I am after some info. I am flying to Sanford, Orlando on the 5th May, and was wondering if anyone can tell me what plane is currently being used on this route. Fingers crossed it is an Airbus. I am not certain of the flight number, as I am travelling with my brother and his family and I haven't seen the tickets yet (plus we had a little hiccup today, when we were informed that the hotel we had booked back in May of last year, the Best Western Movieland, is no longer being used by Airtours due to contractual differences, and we have been moved to another hotel). I know we are travelling on Mytravel airways, and I think the flight number is MYT067 (pos 065) and we fly from LGW at 9.30 on the 5th may. So if anyone could confirm the plane used, i would be most gratefull, and would like o hear from anyone else who may of booked to stay in the BW Movieland, International Drive, who have been moved.

The 767-31K's have been running the LGW-SFB flight recently so I'd guess thats what you'll be flying on. G-SJMC operated the flight (MYT067) on 21st April.

hello, this is my first time on this forum. I was wondering if anybody could tell me which mytravel aircraft is used on the flights from belfast to sanford. I am flying out on 6/7/07 on flight MYT055 and returning on 27/7/07 on MYT056. Have also booked premiair gold and am trying to find if seats are allocated first come first served as I have asked a few times and recieved different answers every time. There are 4 of us.

ACARS is showing they are using their Boeing 767-31K's on MYT055/6 at the moment. G-DAJC was used on the last flight but thats not to say they'll continue to use them in July. If you ask again a few weeks prior to your flight, I'll check again for you.

Hi Dazbo, Thanks for the info. I am a little gutted about the possibility of my plane being a B767, as we flew to Florida back in 2005 on one and was looking forward to flying on the Airbus (from things I had read, it's a much nicer experience).Back in 2005 (We flew with Monarch), on the way to our gate, we did pass a Mytravel A330, and again saw one at Sanford, and am hoping that maybe as our time is the first flights to fall in the S07 season and the Mytravel flights from other uk destinations left later in the day , that maybe this is when they switch to the Airbus. Have you ever heard of anything like this? or am I just dreaming. Anyway, i guess it is more about the destination than the flight.

I've not got access to the MYT schedule at the moment because the flight details aren't all uploaded as yet so I can't check unfortunately. Its possible they may switch to an A330 for S07. I'll be able to check using ACARS after 1st May. Remind me and I'll check for you. MYT's A332's are the best charter configured A332's out there in my opinion. I love flying on them.

I was wondering if Mytravel had uploaded their shedule for the up coming flights yet. I have checked, and the flight number is definately MYT067, leaving Gatwick at 9.30am (was originally 9.15am), to Sanford International, on the 5th May.

So hopefully you can, as Dirty Harry would say, "make my day" by telling me that I am flying on the excellent Airbus A330 .

Still nothing showing for LGW-SFB I'm afraid, only a flight via Glasgow with Flyglobespan! ACARS is showing all previous flights up to press have been operated with the 767-31K's so I'll cross my fingers they've changed it for your flight.
