BA's opperation is different though, they only opperate one flight to the same destination on a daily basis. They have a 763 based at MAN for a sole purpose. MYT is a little more complicated with many routes served from different airports. Both of MYT's 763's have opperated flights from MAN this month and pretty much every month this year. What's your flight number? I'll check ACARS to see which one is most commonly used but its still no guarantee it'll be a particular aircraft.

I have just noticed that the flights from belfast to sanford (myt055) originate in Glasgow and stop to collect passengers in belfast. Does anyone know if this happens all through the summer or just at the beginning of the season?
In reply to your original question on the other thread about legroom - I flew to Dominican Republic last year with Direct Holidays and upgraded after discovering their leg-room space of only 29". The flight was comfortable but nothing special. I'm so glad we upgraded because the security measurements were increased at the time we flew - we were able to check in quicker and boarded the plane first.

My Travel is a charter airline and therefore don't offer complimentory drink unless you upgrade to Premier Gold. A comprehensive bar service is run at regular intervals where you can purchase drinks and snacks. I've always found the food fine.

There isn't anything showing on the schedule, but ACARS logs show they're using their Boeing 767-31K's on that flight at the moment. These don't have seat back IFE unfortunately.

They generally assign a specific aircraft type for the season based on seat numbers. GLA-SFB was opperated with a 763 last summer as well. They do sometimes change aircraft types for maitenenace and expected demand, school holidays for example but your guess is as good as mine to be honest.

MYT067 is currently being opperated with an Airbus A330-243 which have seat back IFE throughout. I can't say what they'll be using in July, but that's the situation at the moment.

Thanks Darren much appreciated. From what I've read on the forum this a/c does not have seat back IFE in premiair gold. What does it have and is it any good and will my 2 teenage sons have much to moan about - you know what tennagers are like!

The 767's don't have seat back IFE throughout like the A332's have. IFE is provided via ceiling mounted screen in economy. As part of the Prem Gold package, you should get a hand held DigE player from memory which you can hang on the seat in front instead. When you upgrade, you are essentially paying for the extra legroom. I don't think they'll have much to moan, they should be grateful if anything!
