My Travel also have aircraft based in Denmark hence the OY-xxx registration. They have an Airbus A330-200 operating for the UK division for the summer. It was probably OY-VKF that you saw (A332). This aircraft has the same configuration as the UK aircraft. I'm not sure about delays at the moment, could be weather or technical related.

The mytravel flight MYT71 was operated by a 767 on Saturday.
Hi all. i am going to Sanya (China) on October 07 on flight MYT085 my reckoning it will take sixteen and a half hours to get there including stops.Coming back Sanya to manchester flight MYT086 is a whopping nineteen hours can anybody confirm this for me please the flight time`s are Man to Sanya Dept 10.45 Arr 11.15 day after. Sanya to Man Dep 13.15 arr 00.10

That sounds about right to me. You are flying against the prevailing winds on the return leg so its always longer.

Can you tell me weather you know of any short haul flights using the A330's from Manchester / Birmingham / East Mid. Ive noticed a few from Glasgow over the past week, but can not find any closer to me.

Some high density routes are serviced with larger aircraft, but it tends to be the 767's rather than the A330's.
