I have a problem. I need help with a login problem for my partner who recently updated her details on HT. She received a message saying 'An email has been sent which will require activation to proceed'. Only the email never came to her new email address. We tried to use the same email address again but we got the error message saying it was all ready in use, so it must be registered correctly
We tried to contact the administrator (on login) via gmail but the page only loads blank.
I decided to join to get the problem sorted, but it appears my 'pm' button is disabled, so I also can't contact a moderator regarding getting the problems fixed.
Help please, were stuck
