Had some issues in regards to dietary requirements on a Thomas Cook Airlines flight last month.
I booked the holiday with Direct Holidays (obviously part of TC) but flew with Thomas Cook Airlines
So in regards to this, do I complain to Thomas Cook, Thomas Cook Airlines or Direct Holidays?
I wonder who really is at fault is such cases. The airline or the passengers. Obviously you asked for a specific meal but I wonder how many just order then decide when they get it they ordered something else - they did not - they just assume they can order as in a restaurant.
