Hi Janet. You can but it is a fair walk, we usually walk down to the main road then get a bus. You can get a cab,but what they do is they take you there and drop you at a shop and you have to return there so to get them to phone the cab com, meanwhile they try to sell you goods, the cab com charge you for the two way journey which you pay on the way back .Far better making your own way there .Hope this helps .
thanks Janet
No there are pavements at the side of the road .Like most pavements in Turkey they are not very good , they are made from mono block ,but where they cant get them to fit they just dump a couple of buckets of concrete to fill in the gap .The height of the kerbs are about 12" high and you have to be carefull when stepping on or off them .
thanks janet

Yes we have been in August when the hotel was full but no matter how busy it's been we have never had any problems getting sunbeds .There are always plenty around the pool and there is always the beach with loads more .

My girlfriend and I have just booked up to go here in June. For those who have already stayed at the hotel are there any local shops near by to buy bottled water?
This is the first we are going to be all inclusive, will the drinks from the minibar be included or will the hotel charge us for each beverage taken?
Thanks for your help.
All your bottled water is free ,just go to the lobby bar when you want it .The mini bars in the rooms are filled daily with plain and sparkly water ,fanta and coke .Just fill your boots.
What happened to the area next to the Sun Zeynap that was going to have bars and restaurants? It was just starting off when we were there a few years ago.
Its mostly finnished now .It was actually the Kadriye council who have developed it for the locals ,there are bars and restaurants ,horse riding ,trampolines ,tennis ,go carts ,big screen tellies and lots more .
Thanks for that
Are the local drinks free 24hrs a day or just till midnight? some travel agents for this hotel have shown it to be till midnight while our booking agents showed it as a 24hr free bar.
The lobby bar is 24 hr ,the pool bar stops about midnight. You can get a drink as soon as you arrive during the night .
also iv read alot of bad reviews saying since it was taken over by russians the hotel has gone down hill is this true?
thanks
sam.
The actual name of the hotel is the Sun Zeynep.
