I have been here in Cyprus for the last 6 weeks due to family illness.
I popped into the Spectrum the other day and Angelo the owner told me the much loved Piggy the dog passed away during the winter months.
I thought I would post this as she was a very well known dog on here and in Pernera, in fact a lot of people thought of the Spectrum as Piggys bar.
Sorry to pass on this bad news but it may save embarrassment if people come over for holidays and go in asking where Piggy is.
Thanks for letting us know Ian - we'll definately be visiting when we return in June and would have asked where Piggy was.
That's really sad, we were looking forward to visting her again in June
