you're welcome cadge, my daughter wants to go back for the third time next year to the Bahamas but the prices are too high for us as she turns 16 in 3 weeks time.
We are looking at the San Miguel Hotel and Beach Club in Puerto San Miguel as its all inclusive and child prices up to 16. It also has more for your money in the all inclusive, sports inc rifle shooting archery football etc the same as Fiesta plus you can do watersports free too. Even have a sailing or windsurfing lesson.
Plus they include more snacks and icecream and lollies etc for kids.
I hate having to choose where to go lol

the all inclusive food option is only available in playa d'en bosssa. the other hotels sadly don't offer it. we've just come back from the cala nova and the chef there is fantastic at lunch time in the pool area. pizza, chops, burgers, salads. really good menu

Hi,
Although I have never stayed at either of these hotels I have booked to go to the Don Toni as I feel it has a better location than the Palm beach,ie it is nearer the centre. As for PD Bossa it is ideal for families as it has 2 carnivals,a childrens play area and a bowling centre with the bucking bull as well as miles of golden sands.I have 2 kids aged 5+10 and they absolutely loved PDB.I have been brief in this reply but if you require any more info then just ask.

they all mindle in with each other.out of one into another.they share 5 a side pitch ect.you will not get bored at all.lots of day time comp to win.silly things but fun.then they do football/water polo.french bowls.tennis.the kid clubs are brill.the hotel reps are a right laugh 24 hrs a day.they take time out to chat with you.sometimes eat with you.just to get to know you.

don;t be shy to join in things..you may thing some games they play are silly, but you get to know more people that way.and like the darts comp.its get a little bit seroius...ie uk vs ??/

It used to be the case that if you are staying in one Fiesta hotel then you can use the facilities at the others. You could evn take meals in different hotels although this had to be arranged in advance at your hotel. I don't know if it still applies.

your right it what you say.its still the same.

hi
Just wondered if anyone had any info / experience of visiting other hotels in the fiesta chain during your stay. If the French / english divide proves too much for us we thought we might visit PDB as I know I can get the fiesta minibus over there.

I understand you can get a dining voucher to use but would it be restricted to a certain fiesta hotel over there as I think there are a few ...is this right?

Does anyone know if you could actually spend the day round the pools or are you just meant to pop in and eat ? It's just that it would be nice to get over to PDB but we're not bothered about the waerpark.

Thanks in advance!

all you have to do is book your evening meal 24hrs ahead.you can use any fiesta hotel apart from the palladium.you must take your booklet with with.book they give you when you check in.its not for meals.its the bible.ie discounts and all info you need, you may use pool area ect all day.fiestaland complex would be best if you have a family.ie don toni.but if its just two of you algarb would suit you better.

but you must only pick one hotel to eat in.they should give you a room say around 5.30 6pm to wash up ect...any more info pm me...

ibiza on 7th oct for me algarb...one weeks free stay as well.2nd week cheap.15 days all diy..

It's been a few years but if things are the same then you get a card on arrival which you can show at other Fiesta hotels and use their facilities. meals need to be booked on the day before (if I recall correctly) They may also have restictions if the hotel you are visiting is of a higher rating than you one you are staying in.

you get a booklet not card.higher rating hotel is only the palladium. which is 4 star and not 3 in pdb.like i say 24 hours notice must be given.

thanks for the speedy reponses - I knew there were some fiesta experts on here!

I'm not sure the evening meal would be any good for us as I presume if we get the fiesta bus it would go back to the tanit in the afternoon ..? If not any ideas how much for a taxi or bus back to san an ?

I've heard others say they went for lunch when at the aquapark so could we do this instead?

Sorry for all the questions .... is the don toni HB, or would my AI still be valid here?

Thanks!!

about 25 /30 euros for taxi.2 buses to get back less than 4 euros each. # 14 then # 3.toni is h/b but you can upgrade in any hotels to drinks opp.ask if you can just have lunch.but i know lunch is more money than dinner.thought tanit was a/i does not inc lunch? a/i drinks yes.if not able to swap meals.you can just walk in and pay for meal.see headwaiter.

hi dj

I'm already booked at the tanit which is a/i , I just meant that if the toni was a/i could I get drinks there during the day visit but obviously not !

Just planning ahead - thought it would be good to see the fiesta's at PDB as we really like the chain and presume the standards are the same - might fancy a change from the tanit next year!

Thanks for the info on the buses, there's four of us so we might stay for evening meal and get the taxi back.

Enjoy your hols!

you may still get the drinks.your down grading not up.ok..ask whewn you get there not really sure on that info.

Hi,
You will definately not get your drinks at any other Fiesta hotel.I believe that in years gone by that you were in fact able to do this but in the last few years Fiesta have stopped this and you are only able to obtain a meal at a different hotel.
