Hello,
My hubs and I have seen that it's pretty simple to get a bus from airport No. 8 to Valletta terminal and then a 47 through to Golden Bay. Longish ride I know but should be interesting. QUESTION - we will have one suitcase with us and two hand luggage - any problem lugging these onto the public buses - or being allowed to??
Euro - we will be bringing Euro with us - anybody know if changing better at Malta OR are credit cards (VISA) widely accepted if buying in supermarkets or for smaller price items in shops?
Any advice appreciatred - many thanks!
"How many luggages am I allowed to carry on a bus?
A bus can carry 2 large luggages at a time and you are to pay the same fare for each luggage as an extra passenger."
cash - not that many shops will take cc unless bill is atleast Lm 10
There are plenty holes in the wall, but best is to use a Nationwide debit card as there is no charge for withdrawals, where as other debit cards and credit cards will.
well the OP hasn't specified where they are coming from, but maybe they live in a Euro country ?? - quite right on Nationwide and 1/1/08
