its me again I know most of the usual suspects are on holidays (you lucky people :cool:) but I wanted to let you all know that I have hit my 3 stone holiday weight loss target. I lost 2½lbs this week and I am feeling very pleased with myself
I have 4 weeks to go before my holiday so if I can loose any extra weight that will be a big bonus (my big target is 4 stone so all those lbs will help) but just loosing the 3 stone is a major achievement for me :glynis.
Thanks to everyone for their support since I joined this thread. Long may it continue and to those still trying.

Well done with losing all that weight. I bet you're really proud of yourself? Keep up the good work. Ive kept of the ha;f stone that I lost 8 weeks ago by being poorly, and also toned up my waist and belly, and kept those extra inches off too!

Joolz keep at it. If I can do it, so can you. You never know, all that hard work you have put in this week will show next. I went for 3 weeks and only lost 1lb, on the fourth week I lost an amazing 5lb :shock:. I still dont know how I did that.

I have been on the S.W. healthy eating plan for a week now and I have lost five pounds. I know most of it is fluid, but it is a good start. I am aiming to lose 1 to 2 pounds each week.
Lost 2 +1/4 lbs, wooohooooo, I just love the precision of my WW digi scales
Fit into my dress for the wedding but have ended up buying another one!!
8wks tomorrow till holibagz!!

Just back from this week's weigh-in and I lost 1½ lbs. Really pleased with that.
Only 2 more weigh-ins before I go on holiday (yippee :D) so if I can loose a few more lbs between now and then, I will definately not feel guilty about eating and drinking (and I am so looking forward to that ) and adding a few lbs on holiday and, hopefully, not eat (:wink: ) into the 3 stone that I have lost.

The weight I lost week I have put back on, to the very ounce Was so desolate yesterday I defied myself and opended a box of Milk Tray and bottle of wine!!! Never ate them all, just about 10!!! I felt even worse afterwards
Had fab day at the Wedding and have 7wks till hols so will try to lose half a stone (only need to shift a stone really).
Have heaved my body back on track this week and hopefully, i can shift 3 stone by beginning of December when i go to Egypt scuba diving.
I have heard about a new fad where you eat your meals in reverse ie: main meal at breakfast and so on, right up to bowl of cereal for main evening meal. Sounds abit yucky..but apparantly it is the thing all the celebs are doing and does work.Has anyone heard of this?

Feeling rather pleased with myself cause I lost another 2lb this week :D. I even had chocolate birthday cake on Saturday at my niece's birthday party (well, it would have been rude not to ).
Only one more weigh-in before my holiday. So far ive got 3½ lbs in lieu of eating whilst im away :roll:. Hopefully I will have 1 or 2 lbs more by the time I actually go which is obviously dependant on the fact that I am good between now and then, because holiday mode is already kicking in, which isnt so great
Holiday cant come soon enough now

Got back from a lovely holiday on Sunday - was quite good while away and last night it was weigh in and I only put on 0.5lb since my last weigh in 3 weeks ago - so really pleased.

Good luck to all those still losing/wanting to lose a few lbs before their hols and lets hope we keep 'in touch' over the quieter months as we will all have other targets for different occassions

Wow and a good girl too - only ½lb on - that is brilliant. Well done. I hope I can be as restrained but I have serious doubts. We shall see.
Im looking forward to keeping in touch after my holiday as well. Will still have another stone to lose to reach my target weight for Christmas, which is still a holiday isnt it and a more expensive one at that .

there was a documentary on sky,a few weeks ago.it was showing,about 4 different people,in america,who had lost a lot of weight,using different methods.one was a man,who cycled right across america,which was amazing,as he weighed soooo much,when he set off & another one,was a lady who did,what you described.watching it,it seemed really strange,getting out of bed & eating what she ate,but listening to her,it really made sense!!!!! & it worked,she lost alot.

No SW class for me this week , it is tonight but am unable to go on a Monday. Have been reasonably good- went to Llandudno yesterday and resisted some chips!!!! Weighed myself this morning aand I weigh about the same as I did last week
For those who have yet to have their holidays keep up the good work and for those who have already had their's the next target is Christmas.

i wish i could lose weight for me hols lool unless i go on one of these soup diet things which are good tbut hen i put all the weight back on but aslong as i can get in to me holly cloths am fine
Lost 1.75lbs, I'm amazed. Just the boost I need to get me back on track again. I go away in 6wks so could potentially lose half a stone.
Had a very naughty week and have to say I didn't even enjoy all the over indulging as much as I'd thought. I'm going to the gym today.
Val - I do a slight meal reversal when I'm at work. Still have brekky as usual but have my evening meal at lunch time and my lunch at teatime!!
