Finally we found something that works

all.
I lost 0.5llb this week
i'm happy enough with that, considering the amount of binge drinking that went on over the weekend
personally sw for me has been a complete life saver, i'm sure you'll meet your target in no time.
for the rest of the week.
i try to stick to spirits when i'm out now.
i'm sure you are a new person, putting on 1.5 llbs is nothing when you look at how far you've come, it'll be off you next week hopefully.

for the recipe irene i shall be trying the crisps out tomorrow night after my weigh-in, i'm assuming that they go hand in hand with a glass (or two) of wine so i'll try that also
