wee_flea wtach this space and hopefully on tuesday after class I will have the recipe for the chick pea cake, I think it is great that we can share recipes.
Lordy I wonder whether I find it easier than some owing to all my days been green ones

i must admit irene all my days were green days when i lost 1 and a half stone 3 years ago on sw and i do find it easier. i always find it difficult to decide what to have on a red day other than meat and fish of course. where is on a green day i use lots of quorn products to go with my rice, potatoes and pasta. lindsay.
I like some of the Quorn products - not keen on the mince tend to buy Asda's own which is a couple of syns but IMO taste's nicer whether it is Spag Bol, Chilli, Lasagne etc in fact the whole family eat it even though I am the only one that is a vegetarian. Love quorn pieces in a yoghurt and tandoori/garlic sauce (made myself) and again totally free. Divine with wild rice.
Found a recipe for Tomato, rice and pea soup - my consultant checked it out and it is free on green. Anyone interested PM me. I made it and the following day it had really thickened up - more like a stew than a soup.
Back to work tomorrow so going to stay on track as I feel I am having a good week. The toast mid morning at work is heaven but I will try and decline.

I managed to gain my full 26lb I've lost since starting out here (gradually grant it - up, down, up down).
Was away for our child free hols to Costa Brava feeling and looking very fat!! A lot of my summer clothes didn't fit
My problem is plain old greed I eat very well and healthily and am never hungry I just WANT things and when I get a notion in my head I can't get rid of it!!!!!
Can't wait till Halloween is over as I've been buying lots of goodies/sweets for the kids that will be coming round the doors on Wednesday.
The main thing is that I have found my way back!!!!
My good news is that i'm slimmer of the week i lost 2.5lbs tonight and that brings my total loss to 50lbs i'm over the moon
Irene i was telling my class about you tonight so everyone has to bring a recipe with them next week. I also bought a new recipe book in class tonight so hopefully i'll find some tasty one's to share with everyone.

well done wee flea!!!! i'm struggling to get back on plan 100% as hubby is being very naughty and ordering take aways. why can i not say no?!!!

I'm thrilled - lost 4.5lbs and got Slimmer of the Week too!!!! Thats 9.5lbs in two weeks. I'm so happy.

I lost 3.5lbs this week I was really surprised as I didnt think I was that big loser as I had my chinese and alcohol as the weekend.
I just love this diet eat,eat,eat.

Thanks all !!!! I still can't believe I lost so much so quickly and still ate loads and loads. The great thing about this diet is that you just don't feel you are on a diet!!! I've done some really daft diets in my time but SW is just so easy (once you get the hang of it)

PS i got the '100 comfort foods' recipe book on tuesday in my class it was only £2.95 but well worth it, (now that winter is here), some of the recipes just sound sooo yummy can't wait to try them when i get back.
