Hope all having a good week.
We did a Christmas Day Menu at class last Tuesday night and I must say I couldn't eat all they suggest - I am just a bit worried about the savouries, nuts, chesses, crackers etc - I am going to buy smaller amounts but I couldn't not buy them as that effects others and I am doing SW for me it shouldn't effect family/friends.
As our class is a Tuesday we 'weigh in' on the Sunday before Christmas Day and the Sunday before New Years Day. Will be interesting to see how many turn up, know everyone is busy but believe this is the time you need your SW buddies the most
I am working towards my stone loss for Tuesday but have not been 100% and my appetite is less than normal and I know this can work against you - doesn't always mean by eating less that you lose weight.
Going to have a well earned glass of wine later as I have not stopped with the housework, washing etc all day
