No, it wasnt Rosemary Conley. It was called something like the 'Fat Unit Diet' and I think the magazine was called, Slimmer. Found a few bits and bobs on it at home, and its basically eat less than 30g of fat per day, and sensibly otherwise.
I will keep my research up and let you know if I come across any more info on it, I remember it was easy at the time, but old age and memory loss doesnt help
Good luck everyone,
TC
and good luck.
I had a brilliant time as well. I took your advice and didnt worry too much about what I ate but tried to be good during the day (although I did have to have the "lays" crisps) but I did eat what I wanted on the evening plus I enjoyed a few vodkas. I havent been weighed yet but judging by my clothes, I dont think I have put too much weight back on.
that'll teach me to think the odd 'little' treat here and there wont hurt
all.
